Worker named Chris. Tall teenager. He was extremely rude to me when I asked him for extra sauce. I am very disappointed

My family loves coming here. Great fast food, great service. Staff is always friendly and they keep the place clean.

They do a nice job at this location. Nice workers. They never screw up my order. I frequent this location once a week.

The burger was tasty, fries were under cooked, and a medium special pumpkin ice cream, drink was $ 4.98. No one was in the dining area cleaning tables which was confusing since I saw staff standing around. So all in all nothing to write home about. A grey haired gentleman that waited on me was competent but had the feel of a grade school principle. Just not my kind of place.

First time being to culvers and I enjoyed my experience.
Clean, wait time was. approx 10mins at most? Super fast, staff was friendly and food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

Since this is a chain, I always expect the same good quality that Culvers is known for. This is not the case at this store when it comes the ice cream (which is what my wife and I usually go there for). Let me say firstly, we go there almost every single week for a sweet treat. We noticed that the custard was waxy and had (what we think) was ice particles in it. We called to mention this, and they comp’d us our next 2 deserts. Next time out, we had the same experience. We werent happy and called yet again. They said they’d check their machines. Next visit out, SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE. At this point my wife and I were fed up with the quality at the Yorkville store, so we drove to the Oswego Culvers and bought the same deserts. Surprise, surprise, it was perfect. All I can imagine is that the Yorkville store is doing something wrong with their machines causing it to build up that wax that we are tasting. Since we dont want to drive all the way to Oswego everytime we want custard, weve just given up on this location, and skip our weekly treat :(

Culver’s has the best burgers around here! Butterburgers that is! They never disappoint. The food is always hot, freshly made and super delicious. Plus their ice cream, is good as well. My favorite burger joint here.

My first time to a Culvers. This is a great FAST FOOD place. If you don’t like fast food, don’t eat here. This place serves the best burgers. Greasy and tasty!
Staff was friendly and very helpful to a first timmer like myself. Definately will be back next time I am in town.
