Imagination Village

Imagination Village was exactly what I expected and more! What a wonderful place to take children– a whole little «world» consisting of a kid-​sized grocery market, animal hospital, hair salon, school, and more. My 3 yr old son loved the train table and the huge fire engine (complete with fire fighter costumes). My 1 yr old daughter loved the ride-​on Thomas train toy and the Little People animal barn and animals. The owner of Imagination Village is the perfect combination of professional and sweet; she made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area. We came whilst on our family vacation when older family members wanted to tour Colonial Williamsburg (an outing not suited for the patience of toddlers and preschoolers!).

I really like this place. The owner is really nice. I had my daughters birthday party here and it was fantastic. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The cupcakes were beautiful and tasted awesome.
IV is a wonderful place to take preschoolers on the peninsula.

Small town mentality. They know us by name. We love it here.
Area up ft is small and does not hold a tun of parents so this is boo when a person loves this place so much that they can’t fit in. :(

Fantastic and creative location/​idea. Reminds me a lot about the children’s museum, but more conveniently located and reasonable. The venue is in a centralized location within shopping center. For $ 8, per child, they can have unlimited play. They have different pretend/​play stations to include a beauty salon, classroom, tools shop, animal hospital, theatre, market, train station, restaurant etc. Great business and the owner, Margo, makes the place that much fascinating — she’s great with the kids. We’ll be going back for sure. FYI: they have parents night out every 3^rd Friday for $ 20 per child to include pizza and drinks from 6−9pm. So parents go out to the movies, ice skating, dinner and call it a date night with such a great deal. They’re located near the regal cinema in Yorktown, Hampton roads ice Plex, and many dining options like Chicago uno, ruby Tuesday, chick fil a, a Texas bbq place etc…
