Prices are very reasonable for what is offered. Had a king sized bed with very clean linens. The room had ample lighting and a large flat screen tv. Continental breakfast was typical with danish, waffles, toast, yogurt, and cereal. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and a Mexican restaurant on site. The room and bathroom were clean. My only complaint would have to be there were hairs on the bathroom floor and in tub. For what I paid I give it 4 out of 5. Good value!

Stayed here just for the price. They matched the price. Room had musky smell but after running the ac it went away. Room is updated with a new tv and furniture. Bed and headboard are also updated. Carpet is old and could use replacing. Sink was nice and new but the shower was original and pretty dirty.

I am a Choice Privileges member. We stayed here for the first time in October, 2013, for a semi annual event at the Fairgrounds that we always attend. We used to stay at a Comfort in Columbia. This is an older property, without indoor corridors. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rate was excellent. We will be back in the future. The only negative is the continental breakfast. It is rather limited. Every Comfort or Clarion property we have stayed at, including other Quality properties, has a free hot breakfast — eggs, sausage and/or bacon. This place, a Quality, does not, other than the usual waffle machine. This surprised me. I alway thought that the Quality brand was a step up from Comfort.

TERRIBLE !! Dirty beds, sheets, towels ! What a waste of money. The room smell like pee and when i call for new sheets the guy told me he didnt know where to find«clean ones». After the third time calling, he brought one from a smoking room ! Please NEVER stay here, and on top of that Breakfast closing @ 9:00 ! never again.

Horrible experience. Dirty sheets, dirty on walls, pubic hair in the bed. Truly disappointed. Front desk was professional and accommodating. Breakfast was actually the highlight of the stay. Excellent location to all shopping and restaurants.

Yuck. My father reserved this hotel for our family to attend my brother’s college graduation last weekend. He chose it based, as someone else noted, «on the decent reputation that the Choice Hotel» has. Unfortunately, that decent reputation is not upheld by this location. It was just so dirty. Like not necessarily dirty as in housekeeping didn’t do a good job, more like dirty from years of built up filth. The walls were dirty. The doors were dirty. This is the first hotel that I’ve ever stayed in where I was truly worried about walking barefoot in my room. Oh, I almost forgot that the ceiling above the bed had significant water damage, resulting in peeling paint. Sound like a place you’d like to stay? I’d imagine not and I strongly recommend looking into other hotel options in the York area.

I suspect this place is slated for demolition but they’re keeping it open to accumulate a little more coin. Kicked in air conditioner vents, corroded fixtures in rooms, cracked toilets, lukewarm coffee at breakfast. Even at its best it would not really live up the Quality Inn standard since it’s a funky 50s design and not convenient to anything. Go elsewhere.

I stayed at this location for one night based on the decent reputation that the Choice Hotels company has. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the rude teenagers partying outside and inside the rooms until 4AM gave me second thoughts about the unsafe neighborhood and uncaring staff. The girl at the counter was bothered as she gave one-word answers while trying to watch the TV behind me. I would’ve explained all of this to the managers, but they barely spoke English. After getting home, I also discovered that I was charged for services I didn’t use! There are plenty of better places to stay in York than here!
