Leppo Carpet Cleaners

With 11 year old carpets, 2 young kids, and a dog, we have had carpets professionally cleaned MANY times. A hallmark of one of the local carpet cleaning companies is repeatedly asking «who did your carpet cleaning last time? they used chemicals which set the stains.» Our house is on the market now, so carpet cleaning is critically important.
Two days ago we had Bill from Leppo in to clean our carpets. Here is the outcome:
* the stains that another company had 4 tries to remove — they came out this time, all of them.
* there was no talk about «better cleaning method» or «set stains» … just results.
* Bill took a long time to do the cleaning — about twice as much time as the other company. He did details such as the riser part of the stairs, which was long ignored by the other company. the hard work has paid off, in cleaner carpets.
* The cost is the same as other companies we have gone with.
