We looked at several different carpet places before deciding to go with OC Kitchen, Bath & Flooring. No better customer service than Farid. He helped with selecting the right carpet for us & a lot less than others competitors. The installation was fast & very professional. Thank you Farid for making it an easy & saving us money. We love the carpet.

After researching several carpet providers for our home, we selected Orange County Kitchen, Bath & Flooring. We worked with Farid at their Yorba Linda location, and we could not be happier with the results. We received the best service and got the best price for our project for our 3,000 square foot home. The quality of the work was excellent and the job was completed on time. We love the carpet we selected with Farid’s help and it looks great!

The part owner is extremely disrespectful. If you don’t give him a budget he won’t deal with you. It seems like he tries to manipulate the pricing because ur budget may be more than the actual quote.

I went to the Yorba Linda branch and I got a good deal. Farid was helpful in getting the design idea that we wanted. We purchased for the whole floor and Farid gave us our kitchen’s back splash for free. That’s over a thousand dollars freebie. When we called to have something fixed, he set it up right away. We are happy with the service.

If you want to be treated like the lowest life form on this earth, please go to OC kitchen, bath and flooring. Very rude, judgmental, discriminatory, unfriendly just begins to describe the customer service we received upon entering the store. We were continuously told «that’s too expensive» to all our questions about his product. We went to another granite store and asked if they knew who owned that business and he told us several customers have come to his store with similar experiences of being treated with such disrespect. Do not patronize this establishment. They do not deserve anyone’s business. I cannot comprehend how this establishment continues to do business.
