I actually didn’t eat here on this visit(2÷15÷16) although I’ve purchased food from this establishment numerous times in the past. Although, your new commercials are very entertaining, if this particular franchisee is any indication, KFC has a LOT to learn about how to run a PROMOTION. After receiving a flyer in the mail announcing their new Nashville Chicken I decided to check it out. They had the item(so I was told) but there was no prices listed anywhere, no «promotion» of any kind, not even it’s inclusion as an option in any of KFC’s combination buckets or boxes! After asking about this, the fellow at the register sort of quickly ran off some«deals» which seemed to be MUCH pricier than the normal menu choices and ALL with less food(more money; less food). Perhaps that should be the slogan for this promotion. When I asked him why this was, he replied«the sauce?» Pretty sure he was guessing about that. In any event, it seems like KFC is trying to «slip one by» the customer or those responsible for this sad showing need to go back to «Promo School» or maybe start from scratch. Generally when you’re promoting something new, you have big signs in the store or on a window, prices showing on the«menu board», along with all the other items, and more often than not, there is great introductory price which is LESS than it might be later on, just to get the customers to try a new product. Quite the opposite happened here. I left without purchasing. Your flyers are quite deceptive.

Hadn’t had kfc in a while. It was disappointing, I ordered the famous bowl and the ckn was too hard to eat. My biscuits were hard instead of soft.

The food is ok, something quick when I’m super hungry. My only issue is the customer service. When I drive up to the window, I was not greeted or anything. It almost seems like customers driving up bother the girl who took the orders. She should be glad we even bother going there and keep her employed. When she hands you back your debit card, she doesn’t say anything she just holds the card out and expects you to be paying attention to her.(Who is the customer and who is the employee??) As someone who worked in customer service in the fast food industry at one of KFC’s biggest competitors, I was taught how to greet customers and take orders. Lastly, when someone orders biscuits we expect honey and butter. Instead you have to ask and bother the same person who hated taking your order. I am only writing this because the same girl keeps taking my orders and keeps giving the same crappy service.

Fake butter? I learned to do without, but now imitation honey? Really? Goodbye KFC. I can only imagine what you are skimping on with the other ingredients.

have not ate kfc for a long long time but recently starting going to this particular one because of my kids. i prefer el pollo loco. the chicken is always okay, not great, just okay. here is my beef with this place. so been here about 6 times and every time i order a 12 piece meal. every one of those times i ask for extra hot sauce and they always seem to have the exact same response which is «we’re out of hot sauce right now and we won’t be getting our order till tomorrow». the funniest part about this story is that it doesn’t matter who is on shift that day, the response is the same. it’s like they have been trained to say that. kinda sad that that is the only sauce for the chicken and they seem to have run out every single time i go. i will contact the corporate office just to let them know to send these guys extra sauce on a daily basis. but i will not be going back to these guys and depending on what kind of response i get from the corporate, i may not go to kfc period from this day forth.

We order from this place when we have nothing to eat at home. Chicken is ok but nothing special. No much to say about KFC chicken. You know what you are going to get for the price.

Good for a quick, good bite to eat. I had their mashed potatoes as well — they’re okay. Chicken is always good with a bit of hot sauce.

I LOVE this KFC, …although i have to wait like 9 minutes most of the time for the 20 pc hot wings, i always get it super fresh and sooo much of that delish hot sauce that they have! They always say 9 minutes though… why can’t they round it up to 10? haha

So I have got to get the word out about the new grilled chicken from KFC. It is the BOMB! The shit what ever you want to call it. Beware though not all locations have it so do your research. They have a 2 piece meal with 2 sides and a biscuit for $ 3.99! That is so worth it. I have been trying to watch what I eat and since I am at my witts end with this diet I found the grilled chicken and my taste buds have been thanking me ever since. I just wish the mashed potato’s and gravy weren’t so tempting!

I have lived in the area for two years and I love KFC; however, if the customer service that I experienced at this KFC tonight is indicative of what KFC normally has to offer, then I would not have EVER given KFC a second thought. I walked into the place(I am resisting the thought to call it a restaurant), and had the privilege of walking into a night club. One of the guys behind the counter was«rapping», uh… not for Christmas either. He looked over at me like I was bothering him. I tried to ignore it. Then the girl, giddy from whatever was happening to her behind the fryer came out VERY happy to take my order. She then proceeded to take my order while flirting with the«rapper» and another«smiley» guy that came out of the woodwork(the back room). She then walked to the back to prepare my food, where obviously, something was going on back there that probably rhymes with«clucking around». I could not stand it anymore, so I left. My wife never did like the customer service that she received when she bought food there two years ago, but I decided to give it a try as I normally like KFC. My wife never wanted to go back after her first experience, and now, two years later, I understand why. Never again! If I want KFC next time, I will go to KFC in Brea, and pray that it is not the same in regard to customer service, as we all know that CUSTOMERSERVICEISKING.

Close at 9:30pm most nights, food is decent. Apple turnovers are sold here and the Malvern location, but not the one on State College. No complaints here.
