This is by far the worst branch on my area! I only come when I have no choice. Someone mentioned it’s like being in the DMV and that’s the only experience I can relate it to. Many people behind the window but only one teller… then a chatty teller and chatty customer make for an even more painful wait… get it together at this branch for the love of God!

New to the area. The tellers were very unfriendly, and treated me rudely. Sadly I have one more month to deal with these people for one more month. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. There is always one teller and they are all rude including the branch manager.

This place is like the DMV. Plenty of people working, but none willing to acknowledge your presence. Three people«working» on computers, one person helping customers. I’m here to close my accounts for good. Adiós B of A, your crappy customer service and all of your service fees. Thank God for credit unions!

Iv been going to this bank for over a year and every single time, they have only 1 teller. Iv never made it out of there under 10 minutes, and every time I just need change. Needs staffing improvement!

It’s lunchtime and they have one teller. I’ve never made it out of here in less than 10 minutes. Customer service is great when you get it… Staffing needs improvement.

I went to branch office and they referred me to a mortgage specialist. I gave them upfront information regarding all my properties upfront. The mortgage specialist said I should be fine. After submitting all documents during first week they dragged it for seven weeks. Every week asking for more documents and never communicating. I went over the contract period and lost my purchase. I have been their customer for more than 25 years I plan to switch and never deal with them again.
