All State Propane

We just change to All State after 6 years of over paying and delayed deliveries. Install and customer service attitude was awesome. Highly recommend this family owned company to anyone not happy with their current provider.

When you live in an area that uses propane, I HIGHLY recommend ALL STATE… Dominique is always cheerful and helpful. When I need propane, I place a call and I get delivery quickly. For new set-ups…they beat the competition and gas prices are awesome!

I have used all state for 4 years and Dominic is really sweet and professional, the workers who deliver my propane are always on time and give the best service .If you need help they will work with you on payments so you get the best deal in town. I recommend all state to everyone who is in need of propane.

I moved to my home around 3 years ago, and the previous owner told me to get an account with All State Propane. He had done his research and by far, no one else compared, in service, price, and punctuality. I went ahead and got an account with them also. 3 years later, my propane gage was broken, due to old age, so I replaced it. I had to empty out my entire cylinder and so I thought this would be a good time to do my research and find a cheaper propane supplier.
To my surprise I did not find it. I too, called around, tried to finagle the price with other venders and found myself admitting the simple fact of good customer service and great prices goes along way.
So, in summery. All State Propane delivers in all areas. Great customer service. Good product prices, and honest punctual drivers who try and achieve there prospective dates and times.

We live in a rural area of Riverside county. We have tried several propane providers over the years. We have been with Allstate Propane for the last several years and are very happy with their service and prices.
Dominique in the office is always friendly and helpful. Their services guys are great, too. Today I told Justin we are very happy with his company and he said I could post a review on Unilocal.I never thought of that! I post reviews on restaurants mostly and never thought of our propane provider.
Well, here it is! I recommend Allstate without reservation. They travel far and faithfully; we have never run out of propane under their care.

I thought it was time to write an update for All State Propane. Now that I’ve been doing business with them for almost a year, I feel good about giving them one of MY RARE 5 Star ratings!
They have kept the propane prices reasonable, been professional, and I have enjoyed working with them! When ever I call the office and speak with Dominique, she gives me EXCELLENT customer service! I’m a happy customer.

We just moved into our house (before we had a chance to switch the service into our name) and we started smelling a faint but constant odor of gas. After checking everything to be sure it was off I called All State Propane. Dominique walked me through the steps of checking the tank and turning it off until they could get someone out which she was able to do within the same day. She was very patient with me while I was having phone issues and was very prompt to call me back when I lost service. I am very pleased with the customer service I received! I would absolutely recommend them :)

They lost us a potential customer due to lack of concern for our time and needs.
A couple of years ago these people installed tanks for one of our neighbors and borrowed a dolly from me. I enjoyed speaking with the owner, Dave, and kept his card for future reference. In late February we decided to leave Pedley Propane (see review below) and contacted All State.
Spoke to Dominique (Dave’s daughter, I believe) in the office. After doing a bit more checking decided to give them the work even though: (1) they were going to charge us for a regulator, (2) they were NOT going to give us a year’s free tank rental, (3) they were NOT going to match our other price for the tank rental. They were, however, charging about ten cents per gallon less for the initial gas fill-​up. Mainly picked them because of the pleasant exchange I had with Dave in 2/​2011, and because they were locally owned. We scheduled the new tanks to be put in after 1PM a couple of days later.
The 1PM or later time was very important to me because I had a long-​scheduled doctors appointment for eleven that morning. At 10AM, as I am about to leave for my appointment, I get a call from Dave telling me that he is in front of our house and wants to disconnect the old tanks and start installing the new ones. I told him that this is not was what scheduled and to please return after 1PM. He was very insistent that this would not work for them, that it had to be done no later than about 11−12AM.
Now keep in mind that at this point I am just coming out of a very unpleasant experience with another propane company. After thinking the situation over, I told Dave to cancel the installation — that I did not want to start a new relationship with the lack of communication right from the beginning. He was not pleasant.
From reading the other reviews, it seems that some people are very happy with All State, and I wish them the best. In the meantime, definitely stay away from Pedley, Heritage, & Amerigas; read their review below:
