Great food, great service. My Middle Eastern went to try it and says that it’s legit. It’s not indicated but they have free parking behind their building. Not exactly the best neighborhood to walk around but it’s perfectly fine if you just go, eat and go home.

This place is amazing! Delicious food that is not too heavy, nor too expensive. We loved the appetizer plate – especially the falafel – and the grilled meat platter – especially the kebabs. Also a huge plus that they have a parking lot behind the building, which makes getting there a lot more convenient. We hope to return soon!

Great Middle eastern food, i liked the chicken sandwich but is very small compared to other restaurants .The place could use a updated décor, but that I’d really besides the point here. Just go and enjoy the food.

We went to eat here based on some of these Unilocal reviews and it was terrible. The spinach in the pie had a tinny taste like it was from a can. Anyone who gave this place a good review probably has never eaten in a restaurant before.

I’ve tried all the vegetarian staples here and everything is authentic and delicious. Best middle eastern food north of NYC.

I love this place! Even though I’ve been trying to cut out the red meat from my diet lately, I still find myself gravitating toward the lamb options here because I just so happen to be a fan of ‘delicious,’ so why not right? This is definitely a solid place to check out if you like food. Just about any type of food really. Lol

DELICIOUS. I have not used their delivery service but have dined in as well as picked up carryout. I have ordered many different things here and everything that I have had has been wonderful. Their falafel is some of the best that I have ever had — nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Yum.

As a vegan it’s tough finding many great food options when not in NYC. Today I was craving authentic Middle Eastern food. Here in Yonkers the options for this are very limited so we were thrilled to find this place on Unilocal. It was kinda empty when we got there so we had our reservations about how good the food would be. We were pleasantly surprised. The prices are great, the servings plentiful, and the taste is right on point. The owners are also very nice & welcoming. We ordered tons of food & our plates were scraped clean. I will definitely be coming here again.

The name may say restaurant, but the lone staff member at the counter in the air-condition-less space on a recent summer afternoon didn’t look like he was expecting anyone to sit at the deserted tables. They were out of some items on the glossy menu(no Kebeeh, no spinach pies) and although the portions we ended up taking home were generous with lots of fresh-fried falafel balls on that plate and a variety of slightly dry and only mildly flavored kebabs on their top-of-the line house platter, the advertised grilled vegetables consisted in total of a half tomato and slice of onion, and although there was a generous side salad, there was no bread or pita with either dish. Admittedly, it’s difficult to find much variety on Broadway in Yonkers, so if you’re craving Middle Eastern take-out there this may be your go-to place.

Ordered take out for the whole family, from a 7 year old to an older very picky person. And everyone enjoyed their food! Very surprised because it rarely happens that everyone is satisfied. Great seasonings, great portions, just GREAT food. Highly recommend it! If you are looking for something exotic but not too exotic this is it! Also, great service!

The cucumber was fresh the chicken was really flavorful and only $ 5 it was so good/yes I want to come back for dinner and order a handful of different items, thank goodness this place exists in Yonkers only thing is for the sandwich just a tad bit more sauce :)

Disappointing experience through delivery. I called and had a very hard time communicating with the person in the phone. I had a delivery menu and they had a fruit cocktail smoothie in the menu and the person in the phone said they didn’t have that. There was miscommunication about the address and they did not deliver my food. If I were to get this food again, I would order on grub hub and not call them. The food was decent but due to my unfortunate experience with delivery I would avoid giving them my business.

Delicious. Affordable. Friendly. Casual. It was out of the way for wife and I, late on a Saturday. They accommodated. Wonderful, all around.

I’ve only gotten take out from this restaurant on grubhub, The service was good and the food actually arrived way earlier than expected. The food overall is pretty good. I got the chicken shawarma and it was just average. Honestly, I don’t think the price it’s worth the food. It’s a little too expensive for what it is. It’s Halah cart standard of food for double the price. It’s still one of the better middle eastern food in Yonkers.

I was skeptical about this place but am so glad I had to attend an end of the year lunch for work here. The service was super friendly and quick. I started with mint tea and loved that it was actually Arabic tea and not liptons lol. I ordered the chicken kebab plate which came with grilled tomato, grilled onion, mixed Arabic salad and rice. The meal was perfect. The table was served both hot sauce and garlic sauce, I couldn’t get enough of both. This is basic Arab cooking. Nothing fancy but absolutely delicious. I would recommend and look forward to coming back. Everyone I came with enjoyed their meal. The neighborhood may seem sketchy to some and parking can be a pain. Bring quarters to feed your meter if you’re coming on a day other than Sunday!

Went there yesterday for the first time. Great lamb ! Probably one of the best Falafel I’ll ever have. Everything is so fresh, and is filled with flavor. The people that work there are very nice, and helpful when it came to some of my curious questions. Bottom line, heck yes I will be returning !

This review is based on 2 shawarmas, an order of hummus and baba ghanoush. First off, the photos and reviews sold us on this place. Wished there was a picture of the shawarmas which arrived looking very small and very sad with generous portions of wilted cucumbers, barely any lettuce and horribly soft and seemingly old pickles? The chicken chunks(tiny pieces) were more like the dregs of the pan. No sauce, just a garlicky spread that wasn’t bad but there were just so many elements missing here. I will say that the hummus was really good and the baba ghanoush was as expected, but they literally just threw in an opened bag of thin, cold whole wheat pita bread that I could’ve bought at the store. I wished I had taken pictures, but I didn’t think to write a review till after we had finished and talked about how terrible that was. I did include a photo of the receipt: $ 25! Such a disappointment… Overall, I have no idea why this place did not represent as expected. Will not be back.
