I purchased my second tub from them, and they went to extraordinary lengths to resolve some tricky installation issues, including several phone consultations and visits to the site. At all stages they were responsive, helpful, and went the extra distance to stand behind the products they sell. Nothing but praise for how they handled what could have been a difficult and frustrating process. Their tech support people were terrific and patient, and resolved everything we needed. No hesitation in recommending Prisco.

We purchased a 2015 Hot Spring Pulse Spa from Prisco in October of 2015. We dealt with Marco directly. His pricing was extremely competitive and he was very easy to deal with. Our spa was delivered within the promised time frame and the delivery crew was superb, they really went above and beyond to take good care of the new spa and our property. I was a little anxious about purchasing our spa from Prisco because we live on the fringe of their service area (western Suffolk County), but they really have been excellent! We bought our Caldera spa from the NJ store 12 years ago and then our family (and spa) moved to CT. In both locations we used Prisco for spa service whenever necessary. They always provided excellent service to keep our old spa humming along. They responded quickly when necessary (cold weather when freezing of the pipes was a possibility), and their charges were reasonable. We will buy our next spa from Prisco because we can rely on them to provide exceptional service.

Had a great experience with my Prisco Spa. I bought a pre-​owned spa to save money. I was a little hesitant at first, but Prisco backed it with a 1 year full warranty. And they honored it. There were a few issues with the spa early on, and even a leak developed. They picked up the spa to service it at their Yonkers facility and delivered it back all at no charge. Next time I’d buy a new one to save some of the hassle. But with a quality spa from Hot Springs they will last a long time. So happy I purchased it from Prisco

We bought our first and only spa at Prisco and it was an easy and stressless purchase. We always go to the Hawthorne store to test our spa water and purchase supplies. Great store. Nice people, would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a hot tub!

We bought our first (and only) spa from Prisco in Hawthorne, NJ about 10+ years ago (Hot Springs Grandee). When we first looked at the selection, the salesperson didn’t pressure us or push us towards any particular unit — just provided great information regarding each spa we looked at. Delivery & installation through Prisco was a breeze, and they even connected us with a really good electrician who did a perfect job hooking us up. We’ve hired him for other work at our house several times since then. We’ve always purchased our spa chemicals only from Prisco, and they always have a good stock of everything we’ve needed. More recently, we started getting our chemicals delivered via Prisco’s on-​line ordering, and the shipping costs have been reasonable (on one occasion, they had a special with no-​charge shipping!). We rarely needed repairs, except for one warranty repair & a recall repair which were quickly resolved and cost us nothing. Other periodic maintenance check-​ups were quick, easy, and reasonably priced.
Looks as if our spa is going to last quite a long time, so we probably won’t be in the market for a new one, but if or when we are, we’re definitely going to go back to Prisco’s.

I bought my Hot Springs Grandee from Prisco Spas 3 years ago. I had already done my research online and I knew I wanted a Hot Springs. I worked with Dino, the owner who was extremely helpful. He had me wet test all of the tubs in his showroom and ultimately I decided on the Grandee with the Ace saltwater system. Maintenance is minimal and the tub works like a charm. For any service issue, I just call them and they send Gary out to help. I highly recommend Prisco Spas!

fantastic company– we have an older hot springs spa and needed a new pump. prisco responded immediately to my email and sent the
retrofitted pump in 1 wk. other companies would not even respond to my emails or answer the phone. the item was easy to install and we have a great tub again.
