Bought a chest that was infested with a wood eating bug. Returned it, got a replacement but wound-​up spending a good half hour in the store negotiating this. This place is understaffed, and managers don’t seem to care much about customer service. No apologies offered, no help offered to carry the replacement chest back to the car. My wife and I have decided never to return here again.

Love love love this store!!! Great customer service and they always keep stock of everything you find online. Very clean store and well kept. I always go with my husband and always find what we are looking for.
