I would have to say that I was a bit disappointed over the negotiations over a lamp I tried to purchase. The owner refused to sell the floor model at a discounted price. Something that’s standard in the industry. Instead, he offered to throw in for free the expensive light bulbs. A day or so later. I purchased the same light-​brand new from a nearby competitor at a lower price complete with the bulbs included!
