Five Guys Burgers and Fries

overall it was an good burger i thought it couldve been better. But I guess that’s what happens when you start franchising and hiring a group of high school kids that don’t really care about the culture lol next time ill just go to the original one. friendly staff tho

They place is ok if you don’t mind the high prices. 2 junior bacon cheese burgers, 2 medium fries and 2 large sodas cost $ 32 and change. The place was freezing. And to top it all off it was a mess… dirty tables, sticky floors and the garbage was overflowing onto the floor. There were 2 guys working who were very nice (my reason for 3 stars instead of 2) but with higher prices then a restaurant with service not sure if I will go back. The burgers and fries were ok but not worth what they charge.

Despite the parking and Burgers and Fries at Five Guys in Yonkers, NY being great and delicious, the reason there is ²⁄₅ on this is because when I worked here when it first started in Early 2013, I was put «on-​call» due to downsizing and lacking business which is not fair because this is not a hospital and part time employment should’ve been allowed at the time. I also really loved working here but there needs to be work done.

food was great. customer service was great. no line and very clean

The East Coast wants an In & Out so badly that they are constantly praising this outfit like its the second coming. Are the burgers good? Yeah. Are they way too expensive for what they are? Yeah. Are the fries overrated? Without a doubt.
Look, if I’m expected to pay about $ 10 for a fast food burger, I want a pub experience. I’d rather hit up one of the many Westchester pubs, get a good meal, watch tv and have a beer.
The burgers are good. They really are, but they are simply fast food. It seems I get a hankering for this place once every 6 months, enjoy my burger, toss the atrocious fries and feel unsatisfied every time.
This particular location is clean, service is slow and the food is fine. Other than that, just another overpriced burger factory.

Five Guys is my favorite fast-​food burger place. By this, I mean it’s much better than McDonald’s, Burger King, etc. The burgers actually TASTE like burgers! 5 stars on taste, plus they always throw in so many extra fries.
4 stars because of the service. The people look miserable. They never even greet you when taking your order. They simply look at you and expect you to begin talking and barely listen to what you’re saying. I had to repeat my order about 3 times until she finally typed it in correctly.
Overall great food, mediocre service.

Nothing spectacular for the price. Withall the burger places popping up all over the place, I’m not sure why this franchise is so regarded. The burgers are good, but in conjunction with the prices they are just OK. It’s more hype than quality.

Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with small fries and medium coke.
Like McDonald’s and Burger King… and Shake Shack and Smashburger — Five Guys Burgers can taste good going down but rest assured indigestion will eventually set in. Admittedly the burger and fires aren’t greasy but the meal will accompany you throughout your day overstaying its welcome. Price wise — not cheap as you can get much better burgers at restaurants (Squires -.Briarcliff Manor) at similar prices.
Note 1: While waiting I ventured to the over selected soda machine. Pressing coke I’m immediately offered numerous choices. Upon selecting Coke Zero additional choices are offered… I mean is this really necessary? Confused I randomly select Coke — Zero — Orange… Yeesh!!!
Note 2: The free shelled peanuts are a nice touch while you wait for your order.

Not sure why they squeeze the hell out of burgers. Doesnt anyone teach these kids how to cook.
Ends up being DRY burgers !!

Not sure how it’s possible to be the first customers in the restaurant and still have our orders messed up. It was as if they used a random topping probability drive. The separate toppings for both our burgers had somehow teleported onto one another, resulting in two heavily mutated mayonnaise spitting burger creatures. Only after hours of risky burger transplant surgery were we able to restore them. Perhaps we should have taken our cook’s name tag, which read «Frankenstein», more seriously.
Food was good though. Gold stars for us for being the first ones in Five Guys. Don’t judge.

Five guys is awesome. This one smelt badly. I wasn’t sure if it was someone’s personal body Oder or that of the store.

Awesome burgers! The sacks of peanuts, and potatoes lining the restaurant floor was a great touch. I always eat big when I am at any of their locations.

I will always be a fan of Five Guys burgers.
The cajun fries are amazing! Spicy but not dying for water hot.
Plus they also make great shakes as well!
There’s free peanuts if you like them.
Only once did they forget to put one of the toppings on my burger so the guy handed me some of that topping in a foil. Haha thanks?
Over all this is one of my favorite places to get great burgers for a good price!

After having a bad experience at Five Guys, corporate Five Guys replied with an apology and a comment form for me to fill out.
I was not expecting them to take it seriously as most places don’t but I was dead wrong.
Within 15−30minutes I was immediately sent an apologetic email from the manager of the store himself! The manager also offered us a $ 20 gift card in order to rectify the situation and to give them another chance for them to regain our patronage.
THIS IS A COMPANY AND LOCATION THAT TRULY CARES.
I would definitely come here again.

We ordered two cheeseburgers, plain with onion; didn’t get the onion. Tasted okay, but not the flavor we wanted without the onion. We also ordered a banana shake and it was very watered down. Overall, I may eat here but I know my husband won’t.

Love the cajun fries. Bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and bbq sauce is delicious. Love coming here. Great for groups, music can be a bit annoying but with a good crowd its easy to ignore. Over 100 juice and soda options, I love.

I usually hit5 guys in White Plains bear my central Westchester office
but today I was shopping on central avenue and I visited 5 guys in Yonkers
on Central Avenue.
I had the bacon cheeseburger with American cheese, grilled onions, pickles and mushrooms. Similar service and layout just that this 5 Guys gave me ton s of those Cajun fries which btw do not come with the burgers, which makes ordering a bit more expensive. The burger and fries were on point and consistent and 5 guys,
As you know you get to eat free pea nuts from the she;. as you wait which usually takes 5 to 7 minutes

This Five Guys is pretty good and well run.
Sometimes it takes a while to place the order but they are really nice and they never mess up the order.
The food is always hot and fresh and tasty and unlike other Five Guys, these guys clean the griddle every so often so that the burger isn’t overpowered with grease.
We always take the food to go because there is something about Five Guys that I find uninviting to stay, not really sure what it is.

This is by far the best five guys I’ve been too. Everyone is friendly, nice and efficient.
I’m not a big French fries person but these are great with the malt vinegar they supply. My favorite!!!

I guess by now if you are a burger eater, you have been to Five Guys Burgers and Fries. This location of Five Guys Burgers and Fries was very good. It was clean, friendly and serving tasty food. I was very impressed with the overall experience.
The location is very standard in ordering procedures. You walk in to a single line and place your order; double bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos and mushrooms, small fries and two small sodas. Then you wait for your freshly made order.
While you wait, you enjoy peanuts. Yay for peanuts. I was so focus on eating peanuts, that I did not hear my order ready call. I really enjoy this option. Makes the wait time go so much faster.
My double bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos and mushrooms was delicious. Moist, tasty, creamy, hot. Bacon crisp. Solid, very solid burger. My wife and I split a small order of fries which were hot and tasty.
I have to mention the soda machine. It is a Coke soda system were you can enjoy hundreds of different brand flavors. I just had a Coke, but the system will allow you to press a combination of any Coke product. There were so many tabs on the screen, I wanted to taste them all.
Overall, this is a great location of Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Besides great tasting food, the staff was extremely friendly. They did a great job across the board. Smiles and very attentive service.
