I don’t believe its CLOSED! NOOoooo. What happened the place was packed how can you go out of business… I guess i have to go to the nearest in Paramus? WHY… this is my review about the food. Can’t go wrong with anything. I love the Moscato(Jacobs Creek) with any of my dinners. I especially love Tuesdays for the Lobster Rolls they are small but filling and add the corn crab chowder soup and that is currently my favorite. If you are a muscle lover THAT is still the best appetizer i can dip the bread all night in that amazing sauce.

The absolute worst wait time ever. Took about 40 minutes for our ringer to go off for our table. Then, once we went to the front table with the ringer, we were standing at the welcome table with no hostess to be found. Our food took about 45 Minutes to come out. Of course when we got our food, it was cold. So ridiculous. Needs to be better organized.

Delicious! I took my mom for mothers day on saturday and we enjoyed everything! The bang bang shrimp was my favl! The service was good and it was our waitress’s first day on the job, but we couldnt tell. She did a great job.(Good luck Nicole) I will be back for every special occasion that we can celebrate.

Very disappointing service & food! Not usually my experience at bonefish, but the last 2 times i have not been a happy customer. Tonight really sealed it! If my sister and i didn’t have to rush to a movie up the street we would have to stayed to speak to a manager. The hostess was great. She greeted us upon entering. She was bubbly and funny. We made reservations but weren’t seated because we were told there were no tables available yet.(I hate when that happens, whats the point of having a reservation if it won’t be honored?!) Anyway, i hesitated but we opted to dine at the bar because(surprisingly) one of the tv’s was on the food network showing my favorite show, Chopped. I’m accustomed to good, precise bar service. But no. Not tonight. The bartender/server was VERY inattentive. She never brought us silverware. Our food had come and it was practically cold by the time we found someone to ask for utensils to eat it(which STILL wasnt our server because we saw her nowhere in sight for some reason). I asked for a refill on water 3 times… after my first glass. 3 times!!! The spout is right there!!! Smh our server/bartender was horrible. Nonchalant. Never checked on us. Basically she was a walking billboard of everything you should NOT do in customer service. I ordered my usual, my favorite, the pecan parmesan crusted rainbow trout w/jasmine rice & au gratin potatoes. the sides were fine, but the trout… i was actually sad because it tasted so bad. It was dry, overcooked and BLAND. I’ve never had it taste that way. Its usually baked to perfection, buttery and flavorful. Not this time! Its like i ordered something completely different. It was almost inedible. Normally I’d bring it to someone’s attention but we were really pressed for time. I had to update my review and downgrade my stars from 5 to 2 for this location. I’d give it 1 star but the best part of it all was watching food network the entire time. It was nice to not see only sports playing on all screens(despite it being superbowl wknd), patrons want to watch other things too. Bonefish usually doesn’t disappoint from food to service but tonight proved otherwise. I hope management sees this and understands that even loyal customers can have a change of heart after an experience like this. I won’t be back any time soon!

Took me a while to write this review and I promised myself I would. So…my boyfriend, myself and our 5 month old daughter decided on this place because Texas De Brazil would not open for another 2 hours and we were hungry. Our waitress was fantastic! I ordered the terayaki chicken bowl and upon my first few bites I was ready to throw up! This has never happened to me before EVER. So my boyfriend highly recommended I inform the waitress to inform the manager. I did. The manager was a female who I thought was really understanding and sweet. Upon looking at my meal, she thought it looked«more saucy than usual» hence why I was possibly feeling sickly. She offered to take care of the bill and even wanted me to order something else so that I wouldn’t stay hungry. I was happy about that. I ordered chicken wonton tacos since my boyfriend had them and I felt fine having had a few bites of his meal. I couldn’t eat the meal becausd my daughter was fidgeting. So we took it to go. Our bill arrived and… I was shocked to see… that we were charged for being offered a 2nd meal… I was shocked by this. Why would we be charged??? At this point I was completely done with the situation and we had to leave. It was really such a shock to me that she charged me after making it seem like I would havea free dinner… Never will we go here again. We should have waited for texas de Brazil. 2 stars only because our waitress was super duper sweet and gave us as much bread as we requested :)

This was my second time at this establishment and I am glad to say that this experience was better than the last. I ordered the tilapia with shrimps with a lemons, butter and capers dressing. It tasted delicious! Our waitress stated she was new there, which was fine but as we were closing out our bill I paid most of the bill on my card and the person I was with paid in cash. I was a little taken back when our waitress took it upon herself to take the remaining cash for her tip without asking first if we wanted change. She most likely would have received it all but DON’T assume you deserve it… She brought the card and receipt for signature but NO change. Note for the future, return ALL of the change and let the customer decide on your tip.

Somewhat limited lunch menu. Nowhere on the website under«our menu» does it list a «lunch menu» so I assumed they had the same menu for lunch and dinner. I assumed wrong. Page two of the long laminated menu consisted of alcohol, wines and non-alcoholic beverages. The front of the menu as I said was limited. More than several nonfish items and hey I went there for fish, it’s called Bonefish Grill! I wanted the option of ordering some of the fish meals with different sauces or the ahi tuna bowl but none of those are offered for lunch. Because the regular menu lacked any interesting meals we went with the prix fix menu offered for restaurant week. Choices for appetizer were meat pot stockers or bang bang shrimp. A small note said you could order soup or salad which was confusing because it didn’t say instead of the appetizer. A line was printed under the app menu. Whatever, we found out quickly that it was instead of. Seriously, why not have 4 items under appetizer then, pot stickers, bang/bang shrimp, soup, and salad. It was definitely misleading. The main courses were also limited, 3 choices: fish & chips, fettuccine in a cream sauce with shrimp, chicken or beef and I can’t remember the other dish. The third course option was a pumpkin Crème Brule or a coconut pie. Both desserts were very good. Prices are high considering quality of food and service although the white wine sangria is a bargain at $ 5.50. I asked for the bang/bang shrimp sauce on the side. Glad I did cause it was too spicy for me. The quantity of shrimp was very good but the quality, meh. Fish & chips were ok, nothing special and because the fish was placed on top of the fries they were soggy. I had to ask for malt vinegar. There were a lot of things we had to ask for that should have been common practice from the wait staff. Two in our party got the fettuccine with either shrimp or salmon and thought it was tasty. Another in our party ordered the salmon, from the salad menu area and he thought the salmon was $ 7.00 but that was $ 7 on top of a salad so w/o ordering the salad he received the entrée at $ 17.50. The salmon on his plate was small, thin and overcooked. It was very dry. He did enjoy the crab cakes but at $ 14.50 that was a bit steep. His was served with fries on the side in its own cup. Now why wouldn’t they have served the«chips» in my fish & chips the same way? The restaurant was not crowded and there seemed to be a lot of wait-staff. Aside from our waitress we had two or three different wait staff members bring our courses. All were pleasant BUT they didn’t return to ask how our meal was, didn’t come around to fill water glasses and after serving our dessert we had to flag them down to take coffee order. I wasn’t impressed so won’t be back.

The Bang Bang Shrimp is AMAZING! Great appetizer and my waitress was so nice and understanding because I was lost in the menu at first haha. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and we left when the restaurant was closing lol. I enjoyed my birthday desert which was two soft warm brownies, vanilla ice cream with whipped cream on top and I think a strawberry sauce on the side. I would definitely go back!

The food here was occasionally good but largely subpar. The bang-bang shrimp was good, although some of the shrimp was not deveined and its not a particularly difficult dish to make. The tilapia tasted old and was returned for the salmon, which was a much better option. The crab cake was perhaps the most disappointing part of the meal as it simply didn’t taste good and I was looking forward to a decent crab cake. It was quite possibly the worst crab cake I’ve had at a restaurant. The spicy tuna fish bowl was tasty and a decent choice to go with. Their service was very attentive and our waitress was always around to get us whatever we needed. Another woman, who I’m assuming was the manager, was very accommodating when we asked to return the tilapia in favor of the salmon. Overall, it seems to be an okay option although I’d be more inclined to go to the Cheesecake Factory or Yardhouse nearby. As long as you stay away from some of the dishes, you’ll be ok.

So we out here… Ridge Hill. This spot has good atmosphere and noise level low. Arrived right after happy hour was over as we missed out on half priced drinks. Service was good. Waitress Tiffany was on point. Since we were first timers she suggested drinks(good) not too strong and not too weak. Was on point with babes nut allergy. Appetizers was great and the meal had us stuffed to the brim. Good thing parking wasn’t close as we got to walk off some of this night. I Suggest this for a quiet intimate spot were you can spend some QT with your babe.

We ordered take out from here a few weeks ago and the food was pretty decent. My bf meticulously asked about the sides since my last experience as a pescatarian accidentally eating some ground turkey hash didn’t leave such a good taste in my mouth. The person taking the order seemed really apologetic about that experience and kindly threw in a complimentary dessert(which was ok – it was s’mores dessert which was a bit too rich for my taste). I had trout and tried all of the different ‘toppings’ it came with(the lemon butter was good, the rest were meh). They no longer have the turkey hash side. My sides were vegetarian and happy. Overall, my outlook on Bonefish Grill has improved. Maybe I will try to eat there again in the restaurant in the future.

The service was pathetic, it took forever for the waitress to bring out our order that others who were seated 20 minuets after we arrived received their meals. We were comped on our app and desert as the manager was regretfully sorry. The food was meh, ok.

I’ve eaten here twice and the service is God-awful, just as others have noted here. They’re either short staffed or the staff is poorly-trained. Came here the first time and our waiter was MIA most of the time. Took forever to get the check to the point we almost walked out. On my latest visit, the waiter was nice and had good intentions but this place gets notoriously short-staffed. Our appetizers arrived(party of 8) but we were never given silverware. Our waiter disappeared again while our apps were getting cold. I flagged down a passing hostess. Five min later– nothing. I had to go inside to search for silverware myself. I was ready to take it off of an empty table inside. I flagged the same hostess who was instead seating other people and seemed to forget about us. She started to get the silverware but I didn’t want to wait for her to walk outside so I took it from her myself. A table next to us had not been cleaned off the entire time we were dining. They left the dirty dishes and mess there for about 45 min. Not appealing for a street-facing patio table. The food is mediocre and portions are very small. Tuna steak was dry. Not the quality of other Bonefish restaurants I’ve experienced. I give it two stars only because one is for ambiance and décor. Once again proving the only way to really get fairly-priced seafood in Westchester is to take I-95 to Maine.

Went for Brunch and absolutely loved the place. Everything from the mimosa to the complimentary bread and pesto were amazing. I definitely will be going back with my family. I would definitely recommend the passionfruit Mimosa, it’s very tasty! My boyfriend and I shared the Bang bang tacos with potatoes au gratin(yummy). He had the«American Style» Kobe beef + Egg burger with fries. I enjoyed the Surf & Turf Eggs Benedict. We were not disappointed, EVERYTHING was delicious.

After hearing good things about Bonefish, I decided to go for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend. So very happy we did! It was a Sunday night around 7pm, not too crowded we waited less than 5 minutes for a table. We started with the Singapore calamari, oh my! In all honesty calamari will never be the same again! It was the best I ever had! My boyfriend ordered the clam chowder which was also good, not too filling. The bread and oil dip was also good, warm and tasty. I ordered the special, 6oz steak with lobster tail and vegetable medley as a side. No complaints, everything was perfect. My boyfriend order the fettuccine fra diablo but with chicken because he’s allergic to shrimp. The fettuccine and fra diablo sauce were very good but you could tell that the chicken was seasoned differently and didn’t taste like it belonged in the dish. As for cocktails, we both enjoyed the classic sidecar with a mango twist! Enjoyed the night and hopefully will return soon!

Pumpkin Ravioli + Lily’s Chicken. The food here is a culinary treat. The chicken was grilled perfectly and topped off with goat cheese, sautéed spinach, artichoke hearts and a lemon basil sauce. It was tasteful and portion was perfect and was only($ 14). Each entrée comes with a side, and I ordered the pumpkin ravioli. I didn’t think it was possible to fall in love with ravioli. Yummmmmmyyyyy!!! My boyfriend enjoyed the garlic mashed potatoes. As an app, we ordered the«Bang Bang Shrimp» and it was spicy good ;) There were 3 of us, and we shared it. My only complaint was how slow the service was. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food and I don’t think it was that busy for a Sunday. If you are going with a large group or on a busy night I suggest making reservations. The wait was around 20 minutes. The place serves quality food and the prices are reasonable. I could easily see this place in the city charging double the prices. I will definitely return.

Outstanding customer service! I treated my aunt here for her bday and we had a great time. The restaurant is gorgeous and sparkly clean. The staff were unbelievable friendly and accomodating. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and it wasnt too crowded but when we left the place was packed. Our food came out quickly and hot just like it should. This location recently opened and we were truly treated like VIP. My aunt had the crabcakes as an appetizer and she said they were okay not the best she had. However, she raved on and on about her fish. She said it was one of the best seasoned fish she had in a long time. I had the chicken with spinach and it was delicious. My mom was mad she didnt join us but I would definitey bring her back in the summer to enjoy the outside dining.
