This place is so unprofessional! They simply just want your money. They over charge and blame it on the costs of parts which is complete and utter bullshit. They don’t answer their phones so that whole thing about you calling and canceling is also bullshit cause they don’t even answer the phone! Then they play this game about ’ we already ordered the parts. We can’t cancel ’ really? They are terrible when it comes to customer service and I am highly disappointed in this disservice they provide to people. Once they fix your phone you have up to 30 days to pay for it and if to don’t they sell your phone. What kind of shit is that? They claim to be such a good place to go and get things fixed but they are the complete opposite. They charge $ 120 to fix an iPhone 5 cracked screen and apple charges $ 150. Who would you rather fixing your screen?

These guys are hassle-​free! i came in, tell them whats the problem, left my phone, and came back in an hour to pick it up, fixed and good to go! If you are a busy person and you want things done and over with, this is definitely the place to go! Skip all that small stores that say they will fix it for an arm and a leg and then a week later, theres still something wrong with it. I broke my charging port once and broke it again twice, the second time, the fix it without charging me anything. Cant go wrong with that! Definitely 2 thumbs up!!! Highly recommended!

You just bought yourself a new laptop, phone, Game console, basically anything that beeps, flashes or whistles and considered a piece of technology. Look at that product right now and imagine you dropped it onto concrete, a puddle of water, lava… it really doesn’t matter… what matters is that your brand new product you spend tons of money on is now lying there in shambles and pieces.

Yes this place will fix basically anything. You can go on there website, scroll around, search to your hearts content or take it from an actual customer. I have been to 2 of there locations and they by far have the most friendly service of any repair shop I have ever dealt with. They want to save you heartache and trouble at an extremely cheap price.
Take it from me save yourself a ton of time and money by sending away your products to manufacturers and what not and look up your local 1800fix you definitely wont be disappointed.
GO NOW I AM SAVING YOU MONEY AND TIME!
