DO NOT use Kendra for your taxes. First of all it took her almost three weeks to complete my taxes. Not sure why since any other tax place can do them in about an hour. She does not return phone calls EVER. Called multiple times and left multiple messages which she doesn’t return. She also rarely answers the phone which is why I left multiple messages. She said I should get my return shortly after she E-​files, not the case especially since she did my taxes wrong. My return was wrong by 500 dollars which the IRS caught and deducted from my return. Don’t expect any sort if discount when she does her job incorrectly. It’s been about 2 months since I gave her my taxes to do and I still have not received my return. Apparently it takes longer when your taxes are done incorrectly. I gave her one star because that’s the minimum you can give. She deserves zero stars or less. So if you want your taxes done incorrectly, ridiculously slow, and having your phone calls not returned go ahead and use her. If not use somebody else… Anybody else… Seriously anybody else. Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and money. The only she did fast was cash my check, she makes sure she gets paid even though you might not.
