Ordered food online for delivery. I finally call about 30 minutes after its supposed to be delivered for them to tell me they won’t be bringing me my food because they don’t have a phone number for me and she also stated twice they have brought food and nobody was home. That’s a crock of shit, but nice try. Basically telling me not once but twice I have given them money off of my credit card (they won’t deliver unless you pay with a card in advance) and just up and left… SERIOUSLY? That makes a load of sense… So now I must call the owner to get a refund. While I’m at it, I should probably ask for a refund for the previous two orders I paid for and didn’t receive because I «wasn’t home»… I asked if she had planned on informing me my food was not going to be delivered– she does have my email address after all. I did get a receipt for the food I paid for and didn’t get. But no, she had no intentions of informing me my food would not arrive. Nice!

I eat Quiznos pretty frequently and it never disappoints. My only issue is always being charged for au jus for my sandwich. I heard an employee say that the sandwich I get (peppercorn steak) is only one that comes with it but I’m charged almost every time…

Clean, fast and friendly. They have the best horseradish sauce in the universe. As mentioned by others, your kid can eat for free which is awesome. They also have a check in thing so you can get $ 5 off after 5 visits.

Out of all the Quiznos I have been too, and my sister worked at a few of them, this one is the best one.
The people are super friendly, and will actually carry on a conversation with you instead of asking about the weather and staring blankly at you for the entirety of your sandwich being made.
When they make your sandwich they don’t skimp and listen. I love the chicken carbonara with extra chicken and mushrooms. With the Yelm Quiznos they put more than 2 more pieces of chicken and mushrooms, they load it up!!! I also ask for extra sauce, so she offered to get me a cup full of it and I can add as much as I want so my sandwich doesn’t get soggy!

Crew is always super friendly and helpful. Place is always clean. Sandwiches are fantastic! Definitely our got to place! They even deliver platters with little notice for our last minute lunch meetings-​LOVE them!

I live in Olympia but come to the Yelm Quiznos for the great food and personal service. We have two other Quiznos much closer than this one but we will not go there. Make the drive from wherever you are, you will not be disappointed. Last time we came here I had to text a pic of my sandwich to my kids to show how amazing it was. While you are there get a cookie, they are not like the other sandwich shop cookies. These cookies are so good I had to leave to avoid getting another one.

One of the better Quizno’s I have been to, very friendly staff, and the food is always yummy! Specially the Angus on Rosemary Bread, and their Chili! I shall return!

The girls here are always positive and nice. Great customer service, they are just always doing to go orders and we get stuck waiting longer than it should take. They need a separate line for to go orders, seems to be a reoccurring problem.

The people here are always super friendly. Kids eat free here everyday just as long as you are also purchasing an adult regular sized sub!!! Great deal!
