there are already a lot of bad reviews, but im writing one just so I can lower the rating even lower : —) first, let me say that not EVERY employee here is an ugly stupid jerk, but the guy who I think is the owner IS. first he didn’t even listen to my order cause he started a conversation with his coworker AFTER asking me what i wanted. then he got pissed off when my friend changed her mind. why is he so angry? eat shit and die, bald fuck. anyways the lady who rung us up seemed very sweet : —) i feel bad as hell for her that she works for him. oh and the food — its actually amazing, i love the asiago bagels and cinnamon sticks. HOWEVER, that has nothing to do with anyone working there, because none of it is baked on premises.

Stopped by here on my way to work for the first time the other day and I’ll just say that it was okay, not great. The bagel breakfast sandwich was about a step above something you would order at a gas station in my opinion. A bit on the dry side and the egg was obviously microwaved. The coffee was at least decent so that’s something.

I stop here for morning bagels sometimes when I’m in the area for a visit, but I choose this place purely out of convenience and proximity. I’ve had various bagel types, cream cheese spreads, and breakfast sandwiches here. And, overall everything is average. It’s a chain, and it’s an Einstein’s, so I don’t expect anything fantastic. I’m not a fan of their breakfast sandwiches, as they never feel freshly cooked to me — probably because they aren’t. They are made with microwaved eggs. I grew up on authentic NY bagels, so I find their bagels barely passable for a fresh bagel place. I do, however really like their cream cheese schmears. Lots of flavors to choose from, and the texture is perfect. I always ask for extra schmear on my bagel, and they will typically oblige. Their coffee is just ok — about a step above what you would make in your hotel room in my opnion, so if I have time I typically go elsewhere for my morning coffee. This particular Einstein’s seems generally clean whenever I stop in. The employees are generally friendly, though the counter staff sometimes appear to have no idea what they are doing, and I once had to wait to pay for my food while the cashier was finishing up a conversation with a friend. I don’t find that to be the best customer service. Overall, it does fine for me for breakfast if I’m in a rush but it isn’t my first choice.

On a rare occasion I don’t have to take my kids to school I get to swing by Einsteins on the way to work. French Toast bagel with maple syrup shmear, bacon, egg, and cheese from Einsteins is a typical EBC sandwich but with the added sweetness makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside… and fatter, but who cares it’s the holidays, especially as it gets colder. If you don’t like sweet bagels(pronounced with a long A and not behgel) with bacon and eggs and cheese then we can not be friends. The maple cream cheese is what makes this sammich awesome and it keeps my hands smelling like heaven all day long. Drakkar Noir no more. My new cologne is Au de Maplé. While living in the burbs I don’t get many options for a quick stop and go breakfast but this is one of my favorite sandwiches when I have a chance to drive by.

Tasty, if not traditional, bagels. Industrial breakfast sandwiches(microwaved eggs and other ingredients). Counter staff could use a bit of improvement in their customer service. They are a bit gruff. The coffee is good. The prices seem a touch expensive for the product. Think I will stick to bagels and spreads and skip the sandwiches in the future.

I was just in your location in Yardley and had all intentions of getting a bagel but when I used the ladies bathroom, I was horrified at how dirty it was and there went my appetite to eat there. I let one of the workers know who said, «thanks». It hasn’t been cleaned in ages. There was black balls of dirt on the floor and all along the edges of the floor. The toilet was disgusting. The paper towel holder was filthy. How can that be ok in a place that serves food? If your bathroom is that dirty, I can’t possibly imagine how your kitchen is. I ended up next door at Starbucks.

I stopped in here for breakfast on my commute. Ordered a bagel sandwich and coffee. Both were just ok as I was not impressed by the bagel or the egg on it. Customer service was good and staff was friendly. Line moved very quickly as well. Coffee was average at best. They have about four self serve flavors to choose from. This place is ok in a pinch but limit your expectations.

I always have a great experiance here every Sunday. The same people seem to work every Sunday. Nick appears in charge and definitely knows how to run the store and to keep the customers happy. This is the only Einstein’s I will visit in the tri-state area.

Being in sales, I find myself in unfamiliar territory and starving for lunch on occasion. That is what happened when I stumbled upon Einstein Bros Bagels. It was 1:45PM, and I was in the Langhorne/Yardley area, and slightly«lost». Thoughts of genius bagel makers were rolling through my brain as I parked my car and scurried into Einstein Bros Bagels. The menu looked rather appetizing, and I was left with a tough decision. Do I go for the Napa Valley Chicken Sandwich or the Spinach & Artichoke Chicken Sandwich. The girl behind the counter said definitely go with the Napa Valley Chicken so I complied. Per the usual, I asked for a cup of water. I also decided to indulge on a mini bag of Kettle chips to accompany my sandwich. As I sat at my table waiting for my sandwich to be prepared, I realized I heard a microwave behind the counter. It can’t be, they are microwaving my chicken sandwich :( Turns out they were microwaving, the sandwich was edible but no better than a fast food joint. My Kettle chips were the most enjoyable part of my meal. Later I realized Einstein Bros Bagels is a chain, which explains their lack-luster selections and poor quality.

I have been here a few times and each time the customer service was horrible. They are so unprofessional, and their sandwiches are horrible. Manhattan Bagel fan all the way!!!

It’s a chain bagel place, so the bagels are ok. Not the best, but still decent. IMO it’s exactly what you would expect from a chain, but WAYYY better than DD(yuck). I actually enjoy their lunch sandwiches better than breakfast, the tasty turkey is delicious! The coffee for me is weak, but I’m used to drinking Starbucks coffee so if that’s too strong for you then you will probably like the coffee here. My daughter is obsessed with the strawberry banana smoothie. The staff at this location are great, everyone is friendly and helpful, and they take debit cards, which a few other bagel places around here do not.

I have been buying bagels here for awhile. Service is an issue much of the time. You stand there and wait while they run around. Lots of time the bagels are out but this morning was a kicker for me and I may not go back. I tried to get a pumpkin latte. It is expensive but I was in need of one.(I should have gone to the Starbucks which is a few stores down in the shopping center.) I was drooling looking at the picture with all the whip cream and the topping on the drink. What I got was crap. No whip and no topping. I asked about it and I got a curt, we don’t have that??? What? The pictures on the price board have it. You charge for it! But you don’t actually give it? I will be finding a different place to buy my bagels.

The bagels here are too soft and doughy, and they lack the characteristic exterior that makes a bagel what it is. I have had the sesame, honey wheat, pumpernickel, and pumpkin. The sesame was the best out of the selection since it was slightly less doughy and had a semblance of a shell. The honey wheat was just way too doughy. The blueberry cream cheese spread is very good though. Now I usually get my bagels at delancey st and my spread here.

When I’m sad that I’m away from New York’s Bagel Boy, I turn to Einstein to fill the void. I love the Everything bagel with cream cheese. The Lox and Bagel comes with capers and is quite flavorful. However, you have to plan your timing. fresh bagels in the morning comes with a long wait.

We were in the area and wanted a quick, yummy, non-fast food lunch. Einstein Brothers offered us everything we wanted. I as able to have a breakfast wrap that was very tasty and my husband had a reuben he was pretty happy with. I have to say the selection was better than I’ve had at that other bagel place :) The staff was friendly and the food was made quickly! It was just what we were looking for and we will return.
