We started out having a nightmare of an experience with them. After a few conversations and communication they came through in a huge way. I can say that they made up for all the hassle and treated us with respect. I never would have imagined that«customer service» still exists but at Furniture Row it is definitely there. Thank you so much for an amazing experience we will keep coming back.

Was told there were no upcoming sales, then 2 weeks later we could have gotten a better deal. Some delivery issues, one of the ordered pieces was in, but didn’t make it on the truck. And one of our pieces broke(manufacturering issue) so 2 months in we are still waiting. Good price, but this experience has been a bit of a hassel because I keep having to be home for repairs/deliveries that should have been all in one.
