After my purchase, I was given a delivery date. Received confirmation email the day before, stating I would receive a phone call with a time for 3 hour delivery window. Never got their call. Next morning, the day of delivery, I called for delivery time and was told no delivery cause item was out if stock. I only found this out because I called them!

What a joke. Three different staff people trying to get a Bluetooth audio receiver to work with no success. It was like a 21st century Stooge episode. Don’t.

For some reason, It was much easier to buy a washer here than Best Buy.
Both had the same product and price, but the customer service was much better at HH Gregg.
