Pizza not really good. Steaks not that good. Fries aren’t very good. Hoagies are ok but I prefer deli hoagies only. But ewe the place Is gross. Never soap in the bathroom and I’m assuming the employees use the same bathroom I think there is only one. Watched a dirty guy take foods out of one of the emlloyees car and just stack them till they crushed each other don’t think he works there just helps out for food which is nice I guess. So the best thing I had was the canned soda.

When they first opened, the food and the service was great. We chose them over alot of places that were much closer. Recently however, something has changed. Service is poor and comes with an attitude from the girl at the counter. The food was below average this time and they didn’t have much of anything. the explanation was that«we ran out and the owner went shopping». The girl at the counter was obviously training someone and she got just about every order wrong by the reaction of the people in the store. Overall, not a good vibe this time. The shelves were empty and cleanliness was a 2 out of 10. Don’t think I’ll go back for a while. The place is fairly new and it’s in a high traffic location… no reason for the sudden downturn unless the owner is now just collecting his cash and not managing his business. Bad employees are bad for business!

I decided to give Fresca Pizza a 3rd try… This was strictly due to their close location and average/decent food as the 1st and 2nd time I had to wait approx. 1.5−2 hours for delivery. This time they stated it would take 35 – 40 mins for delivery(ordered at 7:08pm). However, I called them back when it reached 1.5 hours(8:38pm). The lady apologized, said they had my wrong number(yet the ticket has my correct number and I have ordered from there previously) and said they would bring the food over now and hung up. I called right back to ensure they were bringing me fresh food. She said if you want fresh food it would be another 35 – 40 mins. I said you can’t seriously be bringing me food that has been sitting out for so long(including a milkshake)!?! Additionally, I asked for a discount and she offered 10%. The food arrived 5 – 10 mins later which was clearly sitting under a heat lamp and not fresh(milkshake warm/melted). I will not be ordering from them again.

Have ordered from here several times. Like their pizza. Not a fan of the hot winds they are never cooked enough. Last order from them they had very poor customer service. The sent the wrong food and promise to resend out the order with the right food. I waited over an hour and called them back and they said they had were going to call me and tell me they changed their mind about sending me the correct food and would give store credit instead but could not find my phone number. I thought this was an absolute lie! When i call they have my phone number and address stored in their computer so now all of a sudden they dont have my numberafter printing it several time and having their delivery driver use it when he delivered the wrong food. And if it wasnt a lie and tge actually did lose my number why not just send the correct food like they said they would in the first place instead of having me wait for iver and hour just to call for an update to find out they decided not to send it. Here i am hungry because i figured i had to give them back the food they messed up and they have decided with out notifying me to change their minds and not send me what i paid for. Horrible customer service and then when i tell them that it is unacceptable and i refuse to eat what i did not order and what was cold by them they give me nothing but attitude. Never ordering from them again. This is not how you run a business!

I’m really only giving them two stars because of the employees. I work in walking distance of Fresca’s, so myself and a lot of my co-workers get food there often. They have a big variety, and even some things that typical pizza places don’t sell, such as smoothies, chocolate chip cookies(Which are warm and melted and yummy)… It’s an average looking place on the inside and outside, the front door is usually always propped open too. The appearance doesn’t really matter to me. They have some $ 5.00 lunch specials which are pretty popular at my job. It’s usually the place we go to if we didn’t bring lunch and don’t know what we want. They have good prices, I’ve tried a bunch of different things, and it’s always very good. The employees, have their heads in the clouds at all times. If I get something from there, I call for pick up 10 – 15 minutes before I’m going to pick it up. Pretty much every time I call for pick up, I end up waiting almost an hour TOTAL for my order. I’ve only ordered something for myself, not for several people. I just went there in the past few days and asked for chicken salad with lettuce on wheat bread. When it was finally done after about 30 minutes, the guy goes, «He made tuna instead. Do you want that or want us to remake it?» I said I didn’t want tuna, so please, re-make it. How hard is that to get right? Chicken/tuna…(Jessica Simpson much?) The chicken salad was REALLY good. A few days later I decided to get it again. This is the time it took about 45 minutes to an hour to be made. When I finally got it, it was tuna and cheese on bread. I had a feeling it would be wrong. The tuna was good, I ate it, but it’s not what I asked for. Is it THAT difficult? I spent about half of my lunch hour sitting and waiting WHEN I ALREADYCALLED10MINUTESBEFORE I LEFTFORMYLUNCHHOUR. It’s just something to slab on bread with lettuce. Done. A few other people in there were complaining about how long they were waiting also. Their pizza is probably the quickest thing if you just want a few slices, but they only have plain pizza for that option, I’ve never seen them display any other pizza, it’s always just plain. One of the employees that works there, a young guy, is like talking to a wall. Whenever I go there I get a fountain soda, and I have to ask him for it about 3 – 4 times. Why??? The biggest complaint is the employees are TERRIBLE. There’s an older Asian lady who is nice, but answers the phone with«Yes?» or, «Hello?» You’d think you were calling someone personally. All their food I’ve tried has been excellent, but the annoyance they are to deal with to get food may not be worth it. You shouldn’t have to ask for a fountain drink that is inches from you several times. It is not difficult to get an order right. Write it down, read from it. I recommend calling VERY early ahead of time if you order from there, even if it’s just something small for yourself. And if you’re at work, especially make sure you call early. Waiting almost an hour for a sandwich is not necessary.

All of their food is amazing and you get a lot for cheap. This is my go to for a quick dinner. They are very fast with delivery and take out too. Try the pesto sauce on any pizza. And the cheesesteaks are excellent. Big menu selection as well. I love them.

Lately, the quality has fallen a little, and when we complained, the staff turned it around and said we ordered the wrong thing. We were supposed to say things like, «well-done», etc. Actually, we have been ordering the same way for quite some time now. I have never ordered my pizza well-done, thank you. They brought the fixed order(hence no 1-star rating), but they made us feel like they were doing us a favor since we had a order«mix-up.» They also told us that we could keep the bad pizza and wings, but when the driver showed and made it as though it was our fault, he took everything back. No big deal, just don’t say something and not keep your end of the bargain.
