This location is always busy; it’s located in a pretty busy shopping center. The staff is friendly enough and fast, which is always good. The location seems clean to me as far coldstone locations go. They even have little tables to sit and enjoy my faves: the strawberry blonde and apple pie a la coldstone creations. Yum. This location could be a 5 if the staff greeted customers upon entering, offered samples proactively and cleaned the tables more quickly, like other locations. Overall 4⁄5

Went n there yesterday to get my original cake batter creation n it was ROACHES crawling over the counter I will never eat from here again!!!
