Sprint Store

Horrible! Buck up and drive the extra miles to Plano to avoid much headache and suffering. This 3^rd party-​owned store (not Spint corporate) does a great injustice to Sprint’s name, choosing to severe their relationship with an 18 year customer, than to do the right thing, and exchange a defective, 3 day old phone. The female who works there is insincere, disrespectful, and condescending. The management also needs to work on the staffing. Friday, when I bought my phone, there were about 7 people (not exaggerating) «working» there. All but the one ringing me up, were just hanging out, doing nothing. When I went in on Sunday afternoon, there was one person working, and I left after 45 minutes of waiting, without being helped.

I looked up the address to the store late on Christmas Eve the store had about 4 to 5 people in there with only two salespersons. A young man by the name of Alex greeted me at the door and said he will be with me in a few. I understood that and Waited my turn. When Alex got to me he patiently wrote out for me the best plan for me and my family that would give us what we wanted and save us the most money. After explaining all of that to me he then waited for my wife to arrive and explained it all to her again. Despite the stores reviews on Unilocal I was treated much differently. If you need your phone situation addressed at Sprint. Is it the Wiley store and asked to speak with Alex he will take care of you

I’m shocked to not see any other reviews on this location. It has the most incompetent people ever hired to run a business working here. Being a 22– yr customer of Sprint after I leave the store I want to scream and change services. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. They don’t greet you when you walk in the door and they’re slow as Christmas helping customers. You better have at least an hour to waste when you visit this location. I make sure to drive out of my way to another Sprint location for assistance because this place is a joke!
