This review is simply about the customer phone support. I have scheduled for them to install a water softener in the coming weeks, and will update this review accordingly.
After dealing with the Jayson Company I was FED UP with their TERRIBLE customer service, and I hadn’t even had a system installed on my property yet! I called up PBWS and spoke with Johnny. Wow, what a relief! Super friendly, super helpful and super accommodating.
Really looking forward to dealing with them, if their customer support was anything like my first experience it will be A+
