I had a week to pick a house and was moving from out of state. As a first time buyer I wasn’t sure of what exactly I wanted in a house. Jim did an excellent job of helping me figure out my priorities and then redefining our housing search when my husband wasn’t in love with the houses I’d shortlisted. I never felt rushed by Jim, he wanted me to see as many options as possible and make an informed decision. He was also very helpful in pointing out features of homes and neighborhoods that could impact resale.

I nearly forgot!
Yes, I got my house. Jim was excellent through the whole thing. He did a wonderful job of helping me keep stuff together even though I was still in another state right up until the closing.
