Cut Color and Style

Beth at Cut, Color and Style did my hair, and my bridesmaids hair, for my wedding. Everyone was thrilled with the results, even the 2 girls who simply said «do whatever you want» without giving style direction. And since it was a special occasion she let us bring fruit and champagne. The perfect bridal party morning! And my hair didn’t fall out of place at all :)

Finding a good stylist is similar to the search for a good man. It takes a while & once you do, it’s hard to let it go. Eight years ago, I found the perfect stylist in Cincinnati. Unfortunately I haven’t lived in Cincinnati for 6 years. Somehow I’ve been able to make it work though. Recently it’s been difficult and I haven’t had the time to get my haircut each time I travel there.
I’d been in serious need of a cut for over a month & thinking about a color when I saw a Groupon offer for Cut Color Style. I decided to go for it even though I’d previously had horrible experiences whenever I strayed from my Cincy stylist. I was a little nervous, but the need to find a stylist in my current city won out.
I called the number & reached a voicemail giving me the numbers of the three stylists. I then called the number for Holly Clark, leaving my desired day & appointment time. Holly called back minutes later and my appointment was scheduled for less than a week later.
The salon is hidden behind the shops at Worthington. I ended up just wandering around until I found it. It’s near a very cute pet shop that I’ll be visiting the next time I’m in. I entered the salon with shoulder-​length deep red hair & left with chin-​length light brown hair. I love it & can’t wait to go back. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair & I’ve been telling them all about the great experience I had with Holly.

Holly was amazing with my hair and did exactly what I asked for. You can definitely tell she is passionate about what she does and wants to make you feel beautiful, no matter what style or color you choose. When I told her I wanted to go red (as in RED red) she got so excited and made me feel like a million bucks! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it!
I sent my mother there too and this is the first time I’ve ever seen her truly happy with her hair. Holly added just the right amount of low and high lights and created a cut that made my mom look great. Again, tons of compliments!

I found Beth and her salon by word of mouth. I loved the salon. Very hip and beautiful overlooking the trees of Worthington.
Beth provided the best cut I have had in many years. I goto Kenneths, Lennonheads and Charles Penzone. I have not been able to find someone to cut and style curly hair well. Awesome! I love my style!

Cut Color and Style is another salon I enjoy that is hidden in a strip mall. Seriously situated in the very end of the Shops at Worthington lies Cut Color and Style. The salon is up a few steps inside a loft overlooking a rare woods view in Worthington. The trees and the wooden beams of the lofts make you feel like you have arrived at an extra deluxe salon tree house.
Beth Seitz is the owner and one out of the two stylists. She is a native to Worthington and has lots of neighbors and friends that drop by. Sounds annoying but it actually kind of ads to the tree house feel. You never know who is going to climb the ladder and pop up.
The style of the salon is bare to be modern. The simple design works well and is again made relaxing by being able to focus on the trees. There is an area for waiting stocked with the latest trashy magazines and few fancy ones too. The soundtrack the salon plays is fun without trying to hard. You will hear songs you can sing along to and ones you go home and download.
Beth does an amazing cut job. She goes to classes constantly so she always knows the new looks. She also does print work which can equal super fun glam event hair. Being on a budget for years, Beth would always give me a great «grow into» cut. It was cut and styled so well it would literally grow into another cool haircut. I saved money but always looked up to date.
The prices are typical salon. However Beth works really hard at personalizing your hair so you can look the best. I feel like the prices are actually low for the great service and style.
