I had a package to «return to sender» by fedex. I inquired about the different ways/​rates found on their website, as stated by a previous reviewer, the woman was indifferent/bored.She seemed to care less whether I did business there. She quickly tried to refer me directly to the main local fedex shipping depot. Had I had more time, that is what I would have (should have done). She quickly measured the box, which was CLEARLY marked with the size on the bottom, and proceeded to add an extra inch to each dimension. I had not realized this until I checked my receipt for the tracking info when I got home! She also weighed in the package in at a full pound more than what the original label said! Mind you, this was an unopened, pre-​packaged, stick a label on it and return it. All of this in a single transaction. Dishonest! Should have known by the lack of business on a Friday afternoon, at 3:30 that something was amiss. STAY AWAY!
