Very happy with my ring. The owners are very sweet and inviting when you walk into their business. I just needed to reset my diamond and my wrap and Alan gave me his advise and went with it. It’s beautiful. Highly recommend tatnuck jewelers. Very trustworthy also, that was my main concern. Thankyou Alan and Kathy.

I really love Tatnuck Jewelers. They have changed my watch batteries, resized my rings and helped my husband make a custom necklace for me with a diamond he purchased somewhere else. It is not a fancy place, you won’t say wow when you walk in, but they do great work and I love my custom necklace!

I broke the crystal on my Luminox watch. They had it back to me in less than I business day and it only cost me $ 30. The staff was very nice and easy to deal with. I will definitely go back when I break my watch again. Plus, they are an authorized repair center for Luminox.

Nice little shop, 10 $ to change the battery or my watch. The staff was nice, the service was fast, they even fixed the floaters in my watch. What else could you ask for.
Will definitely return here for all my watch needs.

Went in today to have a dive watch pressure tested. Took 5 minutes and the service was very friendly. Spoke for a few seconds with the onsite watchmaker Alan who I believe is the owner. Great guy and I will be having them service all my watches from now on.

Are people getting paid to write 5 star reviews about this place? Tatnuck Jewelers is a nightmare.
My fiancé and I went in to have his engagement ring resized. We were told that it will be ready in a week and that they will call when it’s ready, and that it would cost $ 25. Great, no problems here. Except that we didn’t get any calls from them, because they wrote down the incorrect number. Whatever, shit happens. We go in a week after the ring is projected to be ready, giving them plenty of time. Now we were told that this would cost $ 25. The charge magically went up to $ 45. Also, the sapphire that was in the ring was missing, and it was just rolling around in the bag that the ring was in. How do you not notice something like this? So we had to wait a few more days so that they could put the sapphire back into the ring. We go back after a few days, my fiancé tries the ring on, and it’s still loose. We let one of the jewelers know, and he tells us some bull crap about how the cold weather will make the ring a little tighter. WE ARE NOT PAYING THE WEATHER TO MAKE THE RING FIT, WE ARE PAYING YOU. We were both just upset at this point, and wanted to stop doing business with these people ASAP. I paid the $ 25 that was originally discussed and got out of there.
Oh yeah, Tatnuck sized my fiancé and told him that he was an 8. As it turns out, he is a 7. Good lord.

Always outstanding personalized service from Alan and company! They will often do many smaller services on a complementary basis; cleaning, gluing, tightening… and all while you wait if they aren’t too busy. That kind of excellent customer service attitude makes me think only of them when I need to make purchases!

My boyfriend and I were a little wary from looking at engagement rings for about a month. The first time we walked in, we didn’t know what to expect, but within 10 minutes of talking to Alan and his wife we had made more progress than in the past month. Alan said he would find a great diamond for us. Every other jewelry store paraded diamond after diamond in front of us, but Alan found, without a doubt, the best diamond we had seen. We both fell in love with the diamond the minute we saw it and he and his wife helped us pick out a band. He told us all the wonderful things he (and his goldsmith) could do to make it exactly what we wanted. Two (anxious) weeks later, we have a ring and we could not be more thrilled with it. When he opened the box, we were floored. It’s absolutely stunning. We can’t wait to go back and start picking out our wedding bands! Alan and his wife were so fun to work with, it’s clear Alan loves what he does and takes pride in every piece he produces. Absolutely recommend.

I went to Tatnuck Jewelers to inquire about a wedding band to match my platinum engagement ring (a 94 yr old family heirloom). Tatnuck Jewelers didn’t try to sell me the most expensive wedding band, but rather told me to choose band that was the same width as my engagement ring so as not to overwhelm my beautiful ring. Then, they set small diamonds in the wedding band! It is exquisite and I get so many complements! They have a customer for life!

Prior to getting engaged, I brought in the ring I was using, a very old family heirloom, to them to get it cleaned up and sized. I expected to be paying $ 20 or so, but they did it for free. While I have no need to buy from them at the moment, they will be the first place I think of when I need an engagement gift.

I brought a couple of watches in for service. They were very efficient and fair in their prices. I was happy with the outcome. I recommend them. I will be back for service of my other watches in the future.

Tatnuck Jewelers is amazing. I came in due to its high rating and they took me in immediately right off the street. The took my movado watch, buffed it, fixed the band and resealed it so moisture wouldn’t get in. Their prices are extremely fair, their services are quick and on point and their service is fast and friendly. I will go here for all of my watch and jewelry repairs and needs :) A+++

I will never go to another jeweler. I have an antique Omega watch (a family heirloom) which needs to be «tuned up» about once a year or so. Other jewelers will only send it to Omega for over $ 200, Tatnuck services it right there in the store for about $ 50.

Another shining example of what small businesses should be. Had a small repair done on a Sunday when they were closed, but the owner happened to be there. I don’t even think he charged us, but we will certainly be bringing him all of our future business.

I needed to get a small piece done, and for the quick repair he charged me very little. Very reasonable.
I trust these guys with all my jewelry repairs. Will be going back.

Alan and his family have been our trusted jeweler for over 20 years. I trust Alan with everything from helping with my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding bands, to gifts and working on fine Swiss timepieces. Alan and Kathy worked with me to find the perfect diamond, setting and ring for the engagement ring I gave my, now, wife. They were patient and consultative and in the end we got great wedding bands. Alan and Kathy have over the years taken the time to get to know my family, our taste and provide the best advice and service. You will not find a more honest, reliable, knowledgeable jeweler. I love them. They also set us up with a fantastic dog-​walker that they use as well.

I recently purchased an old windup Timex military watch from the 70s off of eBay. After wearing it for a week or so, I noticed that I kept having to adjust the time by about two or three minutes everyday. I did a google search for watch repair in my area, and Tatnuck Jewelers seemed to be highly regarded. I brought my watch in and had Alan take a look at it. I don’t know what he did because he worked so fast. He mentioned something about oiling the pivots. He wound up the watch and told me to try wearing it for a couple of days to see if it kept time. He said that if it didn’t, I should bring it back in. At this point I was a little confused. I wasn’t aware that he had done anything other than wind up the watch. He had looked at it for maybe two minutes at most. He sent me on my way without ever mentioning any money. I figured I would be back in a couple of days to have him look at it again. That was almost a week ago, and ever since he worked his magic on it, my watch has been keeping perfect time. He has earned a customer for life. I went in there fully expecting to spend up to 50 bucks to get the problem fixed. Alan could have held onto my watch for a couple of days and charged me that much and I would have been none the wiser. His honesty and generosity has won him a loyal new customer, that’s for sure.

Good honest small business. They take the time to work with you and get you what you need. I went in routine service, which was always done well and promptly, and eventually bought a watch here.

I have this need to trust my jeweler. I have bad experiences along the same lines as bad car salesmen and lawyers. Thankfully I have family (namely my Mom) that have used Tatnuck for years and have never had an issue as to pricing or service. My Mom actually brought in loose stones and worked with the Alan to create a smaller version of her moonstone pendant for my 32 birthday. It was done very well and I wear it everyday.
About 2 months ago I realized that my husband’s wedding band was missing his center sapphire. I took it and a ring that he wanted to be sized down to Tatnuck. They did the replacement and sizing for under $ 100. That included purchasing the new sapphire that now sits securely in Mr. Bethany’s ring.
Small businesses that you can trust are harder and harder to come by these days. Tatnuck is truly a gem in Worcester.
