I scheduled a carpet cleaning 5 days ago, and today they called 35 minutes prior to when they were supposed to show up to cancel. We just moved into a new house and have a lot of things being done, this was really inconvenient. Not to mention they did not leave a voicemail — just a missed call. I had to call them 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive to find out they had cancelled. They rescheduled us, but due to time constraints we used Stanley Steamer instead — who came out the same day we called.
