I’ve been using Rossi’s for 3 years now. From my experience, I’d say the service is extremely efficient, high quality, and friendly. The only negative thing I could point out is that the customer service area is really plain and slightly dirty/​dusty, but that certainly hasn’t stopped me from coming back.
If you’re concerned about prices, I’d say they are also one of the better values in the greater Worcester area, generally $ 12 per 2-​piece suit, $ 5.50 per trouser, $ 4.90 per sweater, and $ 1.95 per shirt.
I highly recommend them not only for dry cleaning, but also for alterations.

Quite a nice dry cleaner!
This place is quite quick, and quite cheap. And I have not found anything to complain about– everything has come back, and been in decent shape.
Its far superior to the place down the street (Zaps?) that went out of business because they wanted $ 6 to clean a shirt with Rayon in it.
