These people haven’t taken care of their buildings since 1984. I just got trapped in an elevator-​which was supposed to be inspected 6 months ago by the way-​and this extremely neglectful landlord is completely ignoring it. The apartments here have hardly been touched in ten years. Half of the building’s buzzer doesn’t work. Everyone here is rude and there’s a crazy drunk who causes issues for everyone, and the landlord would rather pick fights with a 18 year old than he. She’s more immature than a 3 year old.
I would stay far, FAR away from any building owned by QPP management, especially by Sandra. Especially ³⁰⁄₃₂ Cedar Street. Run far away because this place is hell.
UPDATE: THESE PEOPLE SCAM THE SHIT OUT OF YOU. THEIR ENTIRE BUSINESS IS ILLEGAL. THEY ARE TRYING TO EVICT PEOPLE WITHIN 5 DAYS. THE MOTHERFUCKING LAW SAYS YOU NEED A MONTH.
Sandra is a fucking decrepit old gremlin and she has 0 sympathy for any of her tenants. She is the most disgusting, immoral human being I have ever come into contact with.
OH!!! Did I mention she tried to sue us for $ 750 when the court site said we owed her $ 150.

(Oh, just a little warning. Don’t go in the elevator. Even if it doesn’t stop like it did to me, the thing makes grinding and screeching noises when it moves. You can hear it from every apartment in the building.)
