I just wanted to let everyone out there know how fantastic their customer service is. I lived in Boston and was recommended to them by a friend. I was a little wary at first because they were located in Worcester, but it turned out to never make a difference. First, when I signed up, they saved me a good deal of $ on my insurance, while getting good coverage. Second, for the years I was with them, I never had to go to the DMV to renew my registation… they took care of everything! Third, if that wasn’t enough, when I moved to CA, they offered to take care of cancelling my policy for me and returning my plates to the DMV if I mailed them to their office. They made my life so easy! I wish they would open a CA office!
