LensCrafters

My experience is with the optometrist office within Lenscrafters. The reception staff seems to dislike their jobs to the point where they are incredibly unpleasant and borderline rude. After my initial visit, I scheduled a follow up to try a contact lens the doctor suggested for a couple weeks later. When I arrived, I was told the contacts had been sent in the incorrect prescription and I would have to come back. While the staff was somewhat apologetic, no one taken the simple step to bothered to call me beforehand. They asked what would be convenient to reschedule, said they would be in in a few days, assured me the lenses would be in when i came in and I rescheduled. When I came back in a week, the lenses had not arrived! This time no one apologized, simply saying they should not have scheduled an appointment but rather should called me when the lenses came in. I was again treated like I was asking for too much when I now for my prescription so I could go elsewhere.
I would not recommend this optometrist within Lenscrafters if you are actually in need of service.

Not a very good experience starting from having to wake up the bored children working ending with a hard sell of add-​ons that was almost as bad as buying a car at a dealer. The service was very minimal through the whole process. They don’t even adjust the frame to fix you face. She just handed me my new glasses and bid me farewell. Will never return here or to any lenscrafters ever.

Great service — great staff, nice sale and decent selection. But its in the Greendale Mall… ‘nough said…

This is a review of the Doctor’s office located within the LensCrafters. The only thing I can say about LensCrafters is that the staff greeted us immediately upon entering on each of are visits.
The only reason I went here is that my stepson needed an exam to get contacts, his father had taken him to a LensCrafters before, and we knew they accepted his insurance.
The nice part of going here is that we were able to get an appointment for the next day. There was no long wait when we arrived as they were actually running on time. I can’t remember the last time I visited a doctor and saw Himmler on time.
The exam was thorough, as it should be. The cost of the lenses seemed reasonable, then again, I’ve never payed for them before.
Needless to say, we’ll be back next January.
