Factory Discount Warehouse

I recently moved into an apartment in Worcester and spent a lot of time searching for a mattress. Finally, I ended up at Factory Discount Warehouse. At first I found Luke to be very helpful and willing to work will my budget but by the end of my visit he became very pushy. After purchasing my full mattress set I was told that my bed would arrive the upcoming Saturday between 9−10am and that I would receive a call when they were leaving the warehouse. However, I didn’t receive a call until noon that day and the bed was not delivered until 12:30 pm. Needless to say I was very frustrated that my mattress was not delivered on time even thought I paid fifty dollars for on time delivery. Therefore, I would recommend Factory Discount Warehouse if you are looking for a quality mattress at an inexpensive price but don’t count on the delivery service.
I have now had the bed for three weeks and the bed frame continuously falls apart while I am sleeping on it and the box spring is very loud. Thus, I’m extremely unsatisfied with my purchase and I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
