My friend and i were in the dollar tree on LINCOLN ST IN WORCESTER MA. We bought ibuprofen and 2 pieces of chocolate. My friend paid with a twenty dollar bill for a 3 dollar purchase. The immature woman who should not work with the public because she was so ignorant and unprofessional, named LANA, handed my friend 2 dollars back for change. My friend politely told LANA i gave you a twenty dollar bill. Thats when LANA started rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing with an attitude, because of her own mistake, tells my friend and i that management will have to check the cameras. We told lana and the manager to check the cameras. All the staff involved were completely rude and disrespectful. They weighted the money, DID NOT COUNT IT and checked the camera and told us lana put our 20 bill in the 5 dollar slot so there is no way we gave her a 20 dollar bill. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A DOLLAR TREE EVER AGAIN! And i hope lana gets caught stealing money from customers!

My daughter and I visited here on Saturday afternoon to kill some time while Mrs B shopped next door. It was pretty busy but the store was still neat and the shelves were stocked.
As for what they were stocked with, that’s a different story. There were some good deals but most of it was cheap junk. But what do you expect for a dollar?

I LOVE this store. This is a regular stop on my shopping list. Spray disinfectant, household cleaners, frames, reading glasses… I could go on and on.
The sales staff has always been pleasant and helpful, and the manager will go out of his way to help you if he can.
