I have been coming to CW for 19 years,(I just had to do the math and I feel old;) from skateboards to my 4th snowboard for my 10 and 9 year old its hands down the the best place to get gear. Very helpful and family feel that you want when you invest in the sports you love. I live about an hr away still head here to get the service and products that I want.

As a first timer, I had the privilege of dealing with Brian and his expert staff. They were very informative and gave me a very good deal on my board and gear. I will continue to support this company and see how they have been in business for the past 16 years.

My hopes were that Brian the owner of Concrete Wave would step up and do the right thing have failed. Brian, aka, «Skater J» has blocked me from contacting him. His claim of making«it right» was an offer of 40% off a new board from his shop. Basically telling me, I ruined your stuff, so give me more of your money and buy things from me. I’m asking Brian /Skater J, to make this right! My Brand new boots have been posted on Ebay — at a huge loss to me. I’m without a board, at a greater loss to me, being that it was my little brother’s board and he has since passed away. That board was meant for his son… Next steps will follow…

These dudes had 5 Stars from me at first… simply for the fact that they carried The Hundreds, were an upper tier Nike SB retailer and the overall vibe I got from the spot and the employees was pretty chill. That was until I found out they jobbed me on an SB purchase there, jacking up the price WELL above retail(this is what I get for supporting a local shop, my personal choice, and not the online shops/eBay so I’ll bite the bullet on this one) and I knew the fix was in when I called about another pair of kicks recently and the price quoted to me was marked up 50%. One week later and 100′ up West Boylston they were available for retail. C’mon guys.
