After reading many positive posts I called to get more info on a listing. Three times I asked the man, who did not give his name, simple questions about the car. Three times he answered back, «Isn’t it in the listing?» as if I were some kind of dummy wasting his time. When I said that it sounded like he didnt want to answer my questions, he began screaming, «Why are you judging me? Why are you judging me??» It was the worst experience I have ever had calling a dealership. I will never buy a car there.

Love this place!!! Pricing always seems reasonable and they are always willing to explain why some repairs need to be done. They are very friendly. I mostly interact with Ali and he is very nice. This shop is all about customer service and great car work and repairs.
I just moved out of worcester but I still plan to come back here with whatever repairs I need done to my car as long as my car can make the 40 mile drive. I never walking away from paying a car bill smiling but I have here because I know I can count on their work and trust them to only fix what is necessary.

This family owned and operated business is wonderful. The three friendly brothers that run this place are so knowledgable about cars. I am a single woman and pretty much wear a sign that says «I have no clue» when it comes to cars. They are so honest and explain things to me in detail. One time, the final bill was $ 15 lower than the estimate. He explained that it took them less time than they thought it would! Who does that? I was lucky to stumble upon them through a friend whose family has been going there for 15 years. Solid work, fair prices, honest people.
