Just know that if you buy a phone there you will be charged $ 40 by the store. That’s how much it costs to shop there. They don’t tell you that until you have signed the contract and then give you the store invoice.
When I asked what the charge was they told me it was to transfer my contacts over. So they charged me to turn on the phone and then hand me the phone and have me sign in to my google account. $ 40.
I recently discovered the sales woman also added insurance to my plan without telling me and did not adjust the plan like she said she would.
I would give it one star but they did help me with other issues with an old phone and were pleasant enough and helpful.

I cannot say enough about the customer service from Jake. I am currently 9 months pregnant and my phone decided to fizzle on me. I called the store to see if they could help me. Jake answered and has been so helpful! He really knows what he is doing. If you needed a phone and your contract is up I would highly recommend going to this verizon and talking to him.

My friend and I had the pleasure of being waited on by Felix. I have never had such a wonderful customer experience in any prior phone purchases. Felix is patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough. He treated us like we were in a five star restaurant! Very impressive!
