This review is for The Animal Clinic. Terrible customer service. We called aged to see about boarding our pup for just the evening and made a reservation. He was staying for less than 24 hours while we attended a wedding. The receptionist was nice, but when she informed me we would be charged for two days, I asked to just speak to the manager to see if we could discuss the policy. She went about 20 feet to an office and asked him. He said his answer was«No.» I told the receptionist that was fine, but I would still just like to discuss it. She went to ask him again, and he said he refused to come talk to me; he was«too busy.» I was literally the only one in the place, and I could not believe how incredibly rude this person was being. I have never had a manager completely refuse to talk to anyone. I was 20 feet away! I would never ever do business here again. The most rude service I have ever had.
