Have never been here before and wanted to check it out after shopping. The ordering process is a little confusing. However, the sandwich I got was nothing what I ordered. Ordered spinach and I got lettuce, ordered flat bread and I got French bread. What’s the point of putting down what I want when I can’t get it. Unfortunately. I didn’t have a chance to check my order before I left. Don’t make that mistake!

My son loves this place but for me, I’ve had tons better. I ordered the turkey with the dressing. There was very little toppings on the bread. The bread is not very good either. I’ve had better subs at Publix.

Sandwiches are fresh and made to order. It’s easy for my large family to find something they all like. The sandwiches are generous sizes, I always get a small and rarely can finish it. The Wicked Wich is my favorite, especially with the olive salad on it. I have tried 5 or 6 of their sandwiches and all have been great(the BLT, cheesesteak, Italian, Grinder, Wicked). I like that you can customize each sandwich on the bag. The staff is friendly and helpful. The milkshakes are good too. I do wish the house chips came in a larger portion.

I don’t understand why people gravitate to this place. Maybe I’m ordering the wrong things. The bread is hard and it’s just mediocre. There isn’t one thing that stands out to me about this sub shop. I truly would prefer jersey mikes over this place any day! Sorry

One of my favorite places to get a sandwich and I love the ordering concept. It’s simple just to fill out a brown paper back with exactly what you want then have them make it for you and call out your name once it’s ready. I recommend the buffalo chicken wich with hummus! I will say the restaurant is loud and when they call out the names no one can hear them so that’s really the only complaint I have. Try a wich, lettucewich, bowl wich, or a whole wheat wich. You won’t go wrong with any of them.

Been here a few times now and the service is extreamly slow. Doesn’t matter if its a sandwich ir a milkshake. When a milkshake takes 15 minutes to get to the customer there’s a problem. I’ll stick with the chicken place which is 100x more busy and can make a milkshake in under 5 minutes too.

Ok, first time at a Which Wich — SUPERCONFUSED!!! When you walk in, directly to your left you will see a wall of numbered bags. Thank God an employee came out to educate me on the process because I was totally clueless! So above the bags you will find a menu board. They have their different meats listed by number as well as other specialty items. You actually take the bag with the corresponding number on it, check off all of the toppings that you desire, and bring it to the cashier. NOTE — instead of checking the box, mark it with an «X». This should be less confusing to the employee and make sure they don’t put VINEGAR instead of MAYO on your sub(Uggg) Tons of choices for you, toasted or not, lettuce wrap instead of bread(which I am a fan of and have only seen this at Jimmy John’s), Salad instead of sandwich, Wheat or White, and Skinny(hollowed out bread for less carbs) I opted for the Turkey with cranberry and stuffing on a skinny wheat sub roll(they say 7″). When the sub came out I was not very impressed by the look or taste. My Madre chose the Ampt Up BLT. This was actually really good — which upset me — but she gave me some :-) Here’s the sitch on the Which — Slow down when you are choosing! Due to being so overwhelmed when I walked in I really didn’t look at all of the choices before I decided. They have a Gyro sandwich that I would try if I go again. I also think they are pretty pricy at about $ 20 for two people for this type of sandwich.

The owner at this location needs to evaluate the leadership. It is Sunday. They close at 7pm. My family walks in along with another customer. All are looking to get an order to go. The problem is that it is 6:58pm and we are all just starting to fill out our bags. The«manager» comes out to say«I’m sorry, but we are closing and all of of stuff is pretty much put away.» That was 9 sandwiches lost from my family + whatever the other customer was ordering that was also asked to leave the restaurant. Clearly, this manager is not thinking like an owner of a business. You should serve each and every customer until you lock your doors –or at least until your actual closing time!

Great sandwiches. Good quality. Great choice of add ons. Pricing is more than subway or other franchises however. Takes a bit of time to complete order choice as you have to check off on the bag what you want. We would go back. There chips were fresh made and tasty
