Ulta Cosmetics & Fragrance

I tell you I stopped shopping at Ulta after I worked there. But I walk in today trying to just buy one thing and run out. This super amazing sales person «Kathy» walks up to me and she starts asking me what I do. She picks out make up that’s good for my job/​skin. So friendly I am almost shocked she isn’t the manager. I will come back because of her.

LOVE IT! Having an Ulta in my stomping ground is so awesome! They have everything that you need to be BEAUtiful!
Have I noted that I’m a bit of a penny pincher? They’ve gotcha covered! They always have great sales going on!
Now, when you walk in, to the left is the less expensive area. Maybelline, Cover Girl, Neutrogena, Almay and others will be found in this area. To the right are the higher priced brands.
They carry hair care, perfume, makeup, nail care, body care, face care, accessories, and MORE! Oh, it’s not only for women! Men, you cane get your pretty on here too! They also have a salon in the back!
They have a loyalty program which I love. Also, they typically have a discount if you log on to their website. Make sure you do it while you are there! You can use it on your purchase.

Honestly, I went an Hour before closing. There were two people working. They made it clear they either didn’t know the products orrrr they didn’t want to help. Every question I had was answered in a way to just get me to shut up and choose a product. They made it clear they didn’t want to help. Recommended me a terrible product. Did not appreciate the service

Stopped by this stop to pick up a gift for this year’s secret santa event. Seems to be very clean with many options, but didn’t have what my person wanted. Could be due to the Black Friday shopping rush.

This Ulta is fully stocked with products galore. The customer service isn’t too shabby either. I had my two kids with me so the trip itself was frustrating when all I went in for was a Laura Gellar primer. We managed to knock our stroller over and spill coffee on the floor. No one offered to help, just stood there and watching me clean it up. Thanks, eh?! The girl was nice enough to go into the drawer to get a product that they were out of on the floor but that was the extent of «helpful» that I received. I will be going back, but because they’re the only Ulta in this empty town!

I went in today to take advantage of the free gift with $ 17.50 worth of ULTA cosmetics… I picked out $ 20 worth of cosmetics and grabbed my «free gift». When I got to the register I was told my purchase had to be $ 17.50 AFTER coupons… I pointed out that it didn’t say anything on the coupon or signage. So, I ended up purchasing another item (that I didn’t want) to go above the $ 17.50 mark to satisfy the supervisor. After I left I called the store to ask about coupon policy and actually talked to the same person that had checked me out in the store and she told me the same thing again. When I got home I called ULTA customer service to get clarification on policy. I was told that I shouldn’t have had to purchase the additional item at all because my total was above the required amount for the gift.
