Empty restaurant empty salad bar. I was sat at a wobbly table. This its the second time i have visited this location and both times service was horrible. Watched as the entire staff had a conversation in front of me while all the glasses on my table needed to be refilled. I retrieved my own utensils from another table. Complained to server and manager never came to table. The only way i will return is if it’s on fire and i have to piss.

Service was very slow. We were seated and there were still food particles in the chairs. The hostess sat us down with no silverware and we had to ask the waitress for silverware as she was bringing our entrée’s. We put the kids order in 1st and that took 20 minutes to come out for some corn dogs and fries. From sitting there so long with a waitress who was completely swamped all of us at the table had empty drinking glasses. Think I am done coming here

I hate doing this; we’ve come here many times and never had any issues. But this experience was truly horrible, so to average it that’s why I’m giving three stars instead of one. We showed up at(we think) shift change, and were seated in the bar area, which was empty except for us(the rest of the place was mostly empty as restaurants usually are this time of day — 4:00 or so). The bartender came and took our order. I got a meal with a salad, he got a burger. She put it in, got our drinks, and proceeded to ignore us the rest of her shift — cashing out her register, getting her back pack, signing herself out of the system, leaving. This took her a while. And I had no salad. This caused me great anxiety but I didn’t want to be THAT customer. Her replacement(sorry guy, props to you) arrived, and refilled our drinks. The original came back for some reason, and happened to be there when he came out of the kitchen and asked her whose food is this? She pointed to us. He brought it, and said, «you didn’t get your salad.» «Nope.» So he brought me a salad. After our food, which was already suffering from being under the heat lamp too long. I begrudgingly ate the salad, watching the crust form on the gravy of my chicken dish. I will get through this, it’s not so bad, I reasoned. So, I get to my meal. It’s nowhere near hot but I knew that going in and was going to soldier through, trying some baked potato. Then I got to the chicken. It was burnt on the bottom and hard as a rock. I gave up. I can’t eat this, I’m done. I had it taken away. Tears were shed. They comped it for us, and I didn’t get anything else. Later, my husband admitted his burger had been overcooked and dry as a bone, and he had to drown it in ketchup to swallow it; he just hadn’t said anything. The manager was very caring and concerned. Again, thus the three stars instead of one.

We have visited this Ruby Tuesday and found it sub par before, but fell for the new improved salad bar advertising and gave it another try. The salad bar is much better,(I always thought the dressings were terrible before) but that was the only bright spot. My husband got unsweetened tea instead of sweet and it took 2 requests and about 10 minutes to get that corrected. Our food took FOREVER to come out. I usually don’t order seafood at non seafood restaurants but since their entire menu insert was promising delicious shrimp, I thought perhaps they would be ok. Not only did we wait about 40 minutes for something that takes 5 minutes to cook, but they were over done, and tasted like store brand frozen shrimp. I would expect better from a drive thru. My potato was cool, butter wouldn’t melt. I almost never send good back, but asked the server to bring me a chicken quesadilla instead since I thought that would be quick. It was, and it was quite good. However, i was shocked that when the manager brought it to me she did not ask a single question about why i was dissatisfied with my original order. Almost as if it was no surprise. I have had good experiences at other Ruby Tuesdays, not sure why this one is so bad but I won’t be back.

Went in today to get some lunch to go and have a drink at the bar while I wait. The bartender was very nice and attentive. I had a few drinks ordered my food and when I got home I realize that my order wasn’t right. I absolutely love tomatoes so it’s the reason for me ordering the Chicken Fresco. My sides are correct thankfully and even though I love mushrooms I would rather have the tomatoes that comes with this entrée. Something that I hate to do at a restaurant is check my order before I leave but from this day forward I have to do it.

The«New Garden Bar» is terrible. I had such a bad taste in my mouth I had to eat the fattening biscuits just to try and drown out the taste of the terrible salad bar. But I had to ask the server for the biscuits since she din’t even think about bringing them. I was completely finished with the terrible salad bar and we were still waiting for my daughter’s dinner. By the time it arrived the steak was cold, the mushrooms on top were cold and soggy and the potatoes were cold. Then we sat and waited and waited and waited for the server to bring the check or something but she never came back. That was it — I just had to complain about the horrible experience. The only good thing is that the manager was VERY nice and he offered to take care of the entire check. Please Ruby Tuesday bring back the original salad bar! That is the only thing I like about this restaurant.

We decided to visit this restaurant based on their recent advertising about a better garden bar combined with the fact that we had coupons. Upon entry we will quickly seated and given menus. Then we waited almost 10 minutes, during lunch in a half full restaurant to be greeted by a server. When our server did arrive Jennifer L was polite and friendly. She did take her time bringing out our drinks. When placing our order my husband was told salad bar can no longer be a side, not even as an upcharge. He intended to order a $ 20 entrée but changed his mind based on this new rule. We both had the garden bar and added on buffalo minis. The garden bar is still not the size it was in the mid 90’s but it’s better. There were 3 dirty plates stacked and the romaine salad mix was browning. They had a large selection of pickled and sesame topped vegetables. The candied Brussel sprouts were very good. The fingerling potato salad was just ok. Hummus was excellent with great veggies and pita for dipping. One suggestion would be mark the olives as having pits. I had no pits but my husband bit into one and nearly cracked a tooth. The buffalo sliders were very good and came with fries which we didn’t realize. We were so full from salad we shared one and the blue cheese was surprisingly good. Not too chunky and not too much mayo flavor. Fries were thin and just crispy on the outside. Very good. Our son had corn dogs and they were huge and had 2 full size despite being a kids meal. We had quite the to go box to take home and Jennifer boxed for us. I visited the ladies room and it was clean and in service. Overall I would say it was a bit slow, garden bar is just average, but entrées seem to have improved and Jennifer was friendly. Good value.

Like another reviewer posted 16 hours ago, last evening was likely our last trip to this restaurant. My wife and I have been going to this Ruby Tuesday’s for years. One of the highlights was always the well-stocked«garden bar», and we both planned to have that as one of our sides(as we’ve done many times before). 15 minutes after we were seated, our server(a great guy named Andrew) came to take our orders. The first strike was when he told us that we could not have the salad bar as a side item and that it would have to be purchased separately. It went downhill from there. We both opted for the extra charge, and after Andrew took our order, we went to get our salads. The cheery menu proclaimed that the ‘garden bar’ had been«reimagined». In fact, it was turned into the worst salad bar we’ve ever seen. I don’t know who ‘reimagined’ it, but they must have based it on hospital cafeteria food or something. We made our salads with a few of the edible ingredients available, and went back to our table. While eating our salads, we started to hear people at the tables around us grumbling to their servers that they had been waiting for near an hour for their food. The manager came to a couple of tables, but we didn’t hear his explanation for the delay. Ultimately, several parties at tables around us requested checks for their drinks then paid and left. Andrew, our server, was profusely apologetic, but he couldn’t explain what was going on in the kitchen causing the delay. At the one hour mark, my hungry wife and I decided we could wait no longer, paid for our drinks and salad and left. At no time did the manager come to our table and explain the delay. He was probably busy dealing with whatever the issues were in the kitchen. While that is understandable, he could have authorized the servers to run interference and let us know what was going on. But he didn’t, and I expect this will cost this restaurant future business. Between the«unimaginable» salad bar and the hour wait for food that never arrived, we won’t be going back to this Ruby Tuesday’s. I hope that Andrew finds another restaurant to work at that deserves his exceptional customer skills.

Waited over an hour for our food. When we inquired about when to expect our food, we were told it would be another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, our waitress was schmoozing up to the next table offering to make it up to them on their bill because they waited over an hour. When we say we are just ready to go, nothing. Just«I hope you guys will come back.» Left hungry and no offer to make things right. No, we will not be going back.

The burgers were quite good, and the salad bar is a refreshing change from heavy fried sides. However, the service and garnishes were indifferent. Kids sides are oddly overpriced, but the management is dedicated to providing a good customer experience. Keep your expectations reasonable and you’ll be fine.

Not a bad restaurant; when they’re «open«. Don’t bother coming when they’re 2 hours before closing. Just not a welcoming experience ATALL.

Ruby Tuesdays is known for their salad bar. Enjoy four types of lettuce, countless toppings as well as select sides. Their croutons are delicious. They often have coupons that you can find online. One of my favorites is the seafood New Orleans. Yummy. I tired their brussel sprouts for the first time today and they were very good.

I have always been a fan of Ruby Tuesdays but I think I am officially done. This location has been going down hill for awhile. Today’s visit was probably by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. We were seated at a 2 person booth in the bar area so the bartender was our waitress. She did the absolute bare minimum needed. She did not introduce herself, greeted us with«are you ready», and barely spoke 2 words the entire time we were there. She took our order, walked away and didn’t come back until she delivered our food, which was fine, we were enjoying the salad bar. When she dropped off our entrée, we had to ask for refills and napkins which we received about 5 mins later. My food(honey BBQ salmon) was not edible. I took one bite and set the plate at the edge of the table. She never acknowledge it. Awhile later she came by and asked if we were«good», my husband asked for a box and I for the check. She went to box my meal and I stopped her telling her I did not want it, it wasn’t good. This was the first time it was addressed. Now I know the food isn’t the server’s fault. I just feel like she was more concerned with her cell phone and going home than she was with waiting on table(we were the only one she had). If customers are a «inconvenience» to the wait staff, then we will definitely choose another restaurant next time.

Lunch on weekends: $$$ They choose to have the dinner menu all day on weekends which makes it too expensive. The cheapest option is the $ 9.00 salad bar which has shrunk through the years.

I’ve eaten here several times over the past month. The salad bar is good and kept stocked most of the time. The chicken fingers are my go to dish. Has a burger which was bland and warm(not hot) when served. I’ve also had the cheese sticks which are horrible. Service is okay. Server sometimes forgets to bring ketchup until I ask at least twice.

The service matched the food and that ain’t good. The hamburgers were watery and fat-laden with little taste. they were also overcooked. The fires were over-salted as well. I want the crunch to come from the potato, not from the salt. Our server disappered and we had to hunt him down to ask for kecthcup and then to get a check when we were done. This location is not a good represaentation of this otherwise decent chain.

Really love the RT Salad Bar! Unfortunately, this location has been going downhill for a while. They really need to give the place a good scrubbing, retrain the staff, and understand that there are a million other choices in restaurants on the same street. I do hope they bounce back. They really have decent food and great drink prices!

Walked in and there was a unpleasant smell throughout the restaurant. Almost as if the floors had been cleaned with stagnant dirty water. Food was great. Service was outstanding. But smelled like a swamp.

Horrible experience, from appetizers that were wrongly fixed to a steak was that RAWINTHEMIDDLE. Showed this to the manager and even took a pic, she said that was how they did medium rare. Problem was that I ordered it Medium WELL, not raw pink and freezer burned in the middle. Missing side item for the wife never materialized but was nice enough to appear on the check! Wife’s fish was way overcooked and she never got a replacement she asked for. Should have checked here first to see why they only got two stars. If it was not for a salad bar I do not see why this place would exist, next time HEADTOSWEETTOMATOESWHOARECHEAPERANDBETTERQUALITY!!! Waste of $ 50 and sorry I even visited, Will NEVER go back to this place.
