Wait time is a bit long but is expected for a Saturday went in for the bogo iPhone promo. Rep was courteous and gavel the offer terms in clear and simple language. He told us to expect credits to kick in on 3 billing cycles(act silly took one, but I’m not complaining) overall is good store to get your phones and device issues resolved

Bought a Brand New Galaxy S6 active with otterbox and glass invisible shield screen protector. Had the phone less than 24 hours! A mysterious black mark began creeping across the screen so I went into the store. There was the tiniest hairline crack ever that I would NEVER have noticed during checkout(This store takes forever. If you have to go, have hours to spend! So when you finally can leave, you are thrilled to get out the door!) Said they couldn’t help me because I didn’t buy the insurance(which would have had a $ 199 deductible anyway!) EXCUSEME! You sold me a defective phone, are going to accuse me of lying and breaking it, and do NOTHING. Literally every employee in the store was a jerk, and the manager, Mark, is head jerk. AVOID! In fact, if you are considering switching to AT&T, go on their corporate facebook and look at visitor post. Try to find one that is not a complaint! AWFUL customer service. BUYERBEWARE!

I purchased a brand new IPhone 6 from this location. It would not hold a charge so when I tried to exchange it they got it to charge. I told them it was not hiding a charge and I could not get it to turn on the night before. I wanted to exchange for a new one. They made me go to the Apple Store bc it «was policy». When I got to The Apple Store 30miles away… they said this is only 24hrs since purchase that AT&T has to exchange it. So I called customer service and they put notes on the account for the store to exchange my phone. When I called the manage Michael said he would not honor what customer service said“that they do not make decisions for his store”. I was also told I could exchange the phone for a $ 30ish fee and that I could not have the same color phone bc of some policy. I finally got my phone exchanged with a fee bc I needed a new phone, which I did at another location they were also nice enough to let me keep The same color phone since I’m paying nearly $ 700! What a class act at this location in Woodstock! When I called customer service back they were so embarrassed by the service I received that they sent me an otter box and credited my account $ 50!
