TERRIBLESERVICE!!! I was their regular customer, I ordered the car everyday to go to work. One day the car broke down in the middle of the highway on my way to my ear doctors appointment, and the car broke down, there was smoke everywhere. so I asked the driver if it was still save for me to be in, the driver just ignored me and kept driving. what an IDIOT! then after waiting for 20 min he finally told me that he needed to get off from the highway. so i cancelled my doctors appointment in which i have to wait for another week. it SUCKS! So they sent me a substitute car, so i asked the driver to drive me back home, he didn’t even apologize nothing! and after i arrived home, he expected me to pay for that ride! so I said im anot supposed to be paying for this incidents, then can you believe what he told me… ” ITSNOTMYPROBLEMTHATTHECARBROKEDOWNYOUHAVETOPAY” what a nasty rude mexican then i told him that its not my problem either that i have to cancel the doctors appointment. then the driver kept yelling in front of my house and honking the car so i decided to call the base hoping that they would somehow apologize and defend me, however the guy on the phone, was the same. HEACTEDVERYRUDE, he told me that i must pay for my ride home and yelling and stuff. NOAPOLOGIESEVER!!! ONTHATDAY! so i decided to call 311 to file a complaint against this company!

their service has gotten so bad. i have been taking this car service for a couple of years and recently their 10 min wait ends up being 30 to 40 min wait. the dispatcher has no idea where the car is.

What happened to this company? Half an hour waits, the phone just rings and rings no answering or hold. When they do put you on hold they forget I guess cause they answer like the phone just began ringing. The phone number even changed! Not happy. I’m in a cab now, for the past few minutes and the dispatcher called me and said the cab is outside. Then what cab am I in right now? Yuck.

So sad. Ive been using this car service for years. They were nice and fast before. 2 things happened. I called and waited outside for 20 min(they said it would be there in 10) No car came and I ended up taking a cab. Than it happened again. This time I called and asked where they were. They said 10 min. I’d already been waiting for 15. I told him this was the 2nd time it had happened and next time can they call if they are late as I am a girl and its not safe. He said«sure. And can you do me a favor and never call us again? We dont need you» So rude and for no reason. After all the years of business I gave them its a shame. They’ve gone down hill STAYAWAY. After a very long time — I mean, REALLY long time, like 15+ years — of utilizing their service, I’ve finally decided to completely«downgrade» this company for their deteriorating quality of service. Once upon a time, this was one of the best limo dispatching companies in terms of timeliness, quality of member cars, and friendliness and care of the dispatching operators. Today, unfortunately, it’s one of the worst. Every time you order a car, you’re greeted with a generic«7 minutes», when 75% of the time it’s longer than that. And when you call to inquire after 10 minutes have passed, the usual response is «he’ll be there in one minute», when it could really take another 5 to 10 minutes. Instead of accommodating their customers by dispatching an alternate driver, operators are most of the time short and dismissive, if not downright rude. Limo business is very competitive, and in this economic climate, you’d think they’d improve service. Well, not with this company. So for that, I finally say good bye and decided to write a critical review that they so deserve! AVOIDIT!

I was a regular customer until the weekend of the hurricane. they charged me triple the normal rate because of the subway situation. Anyone or any company that would rip people off in time of need or crisis is the lowest form of scum. Avoid at all costs

All I want from a car service is to be able to either set up a reservation or have them come when I need them, be understood and not be late when I have to go to the airport at 5am. Seems simple enough and yet I have had problems with my local place in Middle Village to do just that. So I called these guys for an early airport run and the reservation was seamless, they came on time and therefore had a good experience. That’s how you run a car service.

Okay, um… they do not pick you up. I’ll spare you the long version of the story. After three calls, all made between 2 and 3 in the morning, no car came, and my friends and I were stranded in Maspeth for the night. I don’t begrudge them their one star, because the guy on the phone was super nice. He was also, however, super dumb. He once explained that he’d been confused, and twice that he couldn’t seem to figure out why no cars he sent to the house were showing up. I do not expect car service guys to know how to get to my house in Brooklyn from Queens without help. I do not expect them to charge me any less than $ 35(a pretty standard, though insane, inter-borough price). I just expect them to SHOWUP.

HOLYNIGHTMARE!!! 1. Driver takes 5 minutes to depart after I get in the car, asking me to write down the destination address, calling into the dispatcher, typing the destination address into the Spanish speaking GPS. 2. Driver asks me if I smoke or if I’d like to smoke while making an illegal turn. 3. Driver cranks up salsa music with the GPS speaking Spanish, making beeps and dings, while one of those little cans that make noises when you turn them upside down moos. 4. Driver takes the long way — well, can’t really blame him… it’s the GPS, I guess. 5. Driver asks me if I’d like a coffee – then asks if I’d like a cookie, holding up a pack of vanilla cremes in that plastic packaging Oreo does. 6. When I ask how much the ride(from HELL) is, the driver asks how I paid in the past. I told him this was my first time with his service – which I now see I was wrong as I’ve used it before… so many wonderful car services, they’ve blended together! Well, dear reader, I’m now $ 45 poorer, but I guess you just can’t put a price on life’s experiences.
