We just recently bought and moved into our house and are doing a lot of renovations ourselves, because of our limited budget. After pulling out carpets we discovered mold in the closet. Upon investigation Bill found mold in our closet wall and floor due to an ongoing leak in the bathroom. He gave us an estimate much lower than another company. His work crew did a great job removing the mold. He made my wife and I feel comfortable during every interaction. We are considering using ERS and Bill for future jobs. I highly recommend Bill and ERS.

I had mold growing on a wall in my house. I had another company come by to take a look and give me an estimate first. Then I had Bill from ERS come, and he noticed a few issues that the other company didn’t, and his estimate was less than the other company’s.
He and the workers were on time every day, courteous, and did a great job removing the mold and repairing the wall afterwards. Bill was very responsive via phone or email when I had questions or concerns. I found a crack in a window in the garage where they were doing some work, and Bill had it fixed without charge to me without question or argument.

Highly recommended. We thought we had mold under our house so they did an inspection, which included taking pictures and a report on any problems they found –even if it wasn’t related to our suspected mold. They’re very honest as they explained we didn’t have mold or need work done by them. We did learn some important things we should do ourselves for prevention.

So far; so good. These folks have great customer service and their inspector was very nice too. He came to the home, took samples, did an inspection and talked to me a bit about mold etc. When I received the report, we learned that they recommend removing the mold that we had them inspect as well as some other issues. What they did not make clear, is that once they REMEDIATE or REMOVE the area and treat it; they do not put the wall back together. The quote is NOT clear about this. It appears that they should AT LEAST include putting the wall together after they remove and treat the region. So, I called, this is another quote. She promised it to me on Friday afternoon, but I still don’t have it on Saturday. I don’t mind painting it. But, we have no construction skills. The area will need to have to be filled. So, this is where we stand right now. I expect to use them to remediate for sure. I just don’t know what to expect in terms of the cost to fix what they tear out. More to come.

Recently, my husband and I had a terrible allergic reaction due to mold growing in one of the walls in our house. Apparently, there was a leak from one of our shower pipes and it seeped through the lining of our walls. We were really concerned for our two little girls as mold can be dangerous to their health as well so we wanted the job done asap!
I heard about ERS from a friend and thought I would check them out. They inspected our house promptly and offered us a great price to remove the disgusting mold in our beautiful bedroom. The job was done fast and now I can sleep peacefully in our room without getting sick!
