I love deals discount stores. This store has a parking lot as well. Pretty decent size too. This one is not as organized as other locations but it’s still great!

I hate leaving bad reviews but there is no way around it. First, the employees look like they can’t be bothered and their are no one at the register when checking out items which in turn, creates huge lines. Next, the store is absolutely filthy and the floors have not been cleaned since Roman times. Lastly, the prices to me seem more expensive when it comes to certain cleaning items so do you research before going in.

This is a great .99 store. Its very organized and you find really good deals(hence the name lol) If I need something I usually stop here first and if they don’t have it then I go to a pharmacy or supermarket.

Great dollar store. Great place to get $ 1 kitchenware like wine classes, plates, mugs, silverware. Good $ 1 – 2 national brand cleaning products, $ 1 envelopes, stationary supplies, and knick knacks for around the home. A great bargain as many of the products are great quality(especially wine classes and silverware). Even national brands or formerly as seen on TV items as well. I saw the Shamwow here once and wished I picked it up. Good seasonal section for example spring planting stuff recently and Easter candy. Docking –1 star for two reasons. 1. Not the cleanest aisles/registers and sometimes slow lines. 2. kind of shady food. they had $ 1NY Strip steak from some brand no one’s ever heard of. Would that really be worth it? Also a guy in front me in line was buying $ 1 bags of Tilapia and I don’t know what kind of mystery fish was really in there… I would say it would probably be better if they just discounted national brand food like Family Dollar in Astoria. Overall, great deals and large selection. Definitely a plus they accept cards. Maybe the best dollar store in Queens.

What is the big deal? Just another 99 cents store. This location is kind of always messy. Every time I visit this location stuff is just all over the place. There is not enough cashiers so the lines are long. Makes me just want to run out of there.

I think it’s a little step up from a 99c store. Lots of junk here but if you walk around the aisles, you’ll definitely find some gems. Sometimes they have Pantene and Tresemme shampoos for cheaper than in other stores. Also, they have greeting cards 2 for $ 1. Small selection and most of the cards are kind of crappy, but some are nice! Downsides: The store is very messy and disorganized. Shelves are all messed up. Cashiers are not necessarily rude but they have no personality and look like they want you out of their face.

This Deals location is not my favorite of the many stores throughout the New York area. It is very, VERY disorganized. They may supply most of what you will need here such as your food products, home items, toys for the kids, and so on, but this location needs to step it up with the organization because it is an utter mess. Many things are on the floor, stepped on to be left dirty and not in the sections that the items are supposed to be in. The only reason one should even come is despite those minor issues, customers will most likely be able to find what they need.

I’ve bought a lot of things from Deals including a digital scale, a monthly calendar, candies, and a pregnancy test! They sell things like cleaning products, dry groceries, greeting cards, gift bags, frozen foods, milk and eggs, housewares, HBA items, automotive and office/school supplies. It’s not all junk. There are plenty of useful household items here. Deals is better than your typical $ 1 store or 99 cents store. There is parking here. Lately it’s been a bit messy but I hope management cleans up the store because it used to be a very good store.

I am a little bit in love with this place because of their seasonal section. I don’t care for anything else in the store, in fact, I would especially urge you to stay away from any food items because they all look a bit desperate and reaching expiration. Nothing else truly screams quality in this place, they are your basic discounter, but a clear upgrade from your typical 99 cent store. What sets this place apart however, is mainly just one aisle, or even one-half of an aisle, that will dazzle you and pack a punch. As mentioned, I am in love with their seasonal section! You know how that very wise saying goes, «multum in parvo»(much in little), well this adage can be applied to Deal$ amazing seasonal goods. The things you find here are of a decent to excellent quality, relevant, nicely-packaged, quality party favors and décor items. In fact, they have some great things that can rival the goods you’d find at any larger party supply store(it can even come toe-to-toe with Party City, another one of my favorites), but at deeply discounted prices, which is always a welcomed bonus. From the looks of their website, it does appear as though they are branding themselves as a sort of party supply driven retailer( ), which is slightly misleading as their party aisle is truly only seasonal, shifting from holiday to holiday per calendar dictation. But if you’re coming here specifically for the holiday or season at-hand, then you’re in luck. During Christmas time, I was able to make 75 treat bags for kids, with contents all purchased from this store(holiday-themed pencils, erasers, stickers, candy, etc), without reaching too deep into my pockets. Just this past week, I stopped by for party inspiration and saw a lot of great summertime, Hawaiian-Tiki motif stuff, and it was all so adorable. It made me want to throw a backyard bash, rife with lei’s, hula dancers, bbq, et al. For the bargain-hunter, looking for really affordable and fun party goods, don’t overlook this place. You’ll definitely find something or many things, that will thrill you.

I stumbled upon this store after going to RCN cable for a new cable modem, however, I digress. Its a upper scale 99cents store with a lot of household digamajigs which I love. I bought some household knick knacks. The store was clean and not cluttered like a lot of your typical 99cent stores. Staff were pleasant and I would definitely return if Im in the neighborhood.

Pretty weak selection for a dollar store. I also love the fact that they’ve copped out on the classic«dollar store» premise by calling themselves«Deal$ $ 5 or less» Thats a lotta leeway, Jim. Basically i came in here because I wanted a pack or random bolts and screws. No luck.

A typical dollar store where you find some useful things and some junk. They have some groceries unlike other dollar stores, mostly dry packaged goods and some frozen and fridged items(ie. milk). Only one cashier, which made paying a little slower than usual.
