:(they changed. So they have a new system for paying: get a laundry card and refill each time. Sure, it’s probably better than carrying all those quarters. But what if those last 2 quarters in my pocket from my previous wash helps me buy something else outside? I mean, it’s a win or lose situation with the cards. It’s alright I guess. Now, the new machines… I don’t like ‘em. Sure, they look big and fancy and even have a timer(finally, right?)– but less water. And more expensive! I probably stuffed my machine too much… or maybe they’re just saving water… which should be considered a good thing, I guess? Eh, I’d prefer more water being used when washing my clothes and sheets. Smallest old machine: $ 1.75 Smallest new machine: $ 2.50 *smallest new machine is sliiiiightly bigger than the old. Or maybe it just seems that way because I haven’t seen the old one since the renovation.* The free drying– I guess that’s fine since they hiked up the price for the wash. Not sure how I feel about this new change. :| *sighs* It’s a cycle.

If I could give this place no starts I would. The not only damage my dress but stained. They don’t advice costumer that they don’t take card sand also have the WORST costumer service. They just open up the store again and is the worst.
