Tried the new Falafel sandwich. Amazing after a cup of carrot ginger soup, then Nutella cheesecake. High standards. Thank you Chef!

Everything is delicious. Crab cakes are fantastic. Chowder is great! Whatever their seafood special of the evening is — get it. You won’t be disappointed. The one thing I would avoid — but it doesn’t decrease how much I like the restaurant — is the«bag of donuts» for dessert. They are heavy and greasy. Don’t waste the calories.

Tried and true delicious! We sat at the bar and had the truffle fries, summer succotash, and Ahi tuna Poke. The succotash was incredibly flavorful. Fries always good. And the Tuna realllllly fresh and delicious over a seaweed salad. I think they’ve changed up their wine menu a bit and included a French White blend La Poule Blanc. Crisp and delicious. The view, the staff, the energy all excellent! My only feedback was that there was a split plate fee at the bar for entrees. Unusual for the area. I think that’s usually one of the perks of sitting at the bar is the option of splitting entrees without penalty. Since the upstairs bar is small, I think changing this would be a bonus!

Great food in a very picturesque setting. My favorite spot to eat in Woods Hole.

Although the ambience was wonderful(we caught this place at sunset) the food was the real star. Everyone ordered different things and I the filet with lobster tempura was the standout, as was the avocado toast, but my salmon was perfectly prepared, so I have to give this place a 5 star rating. Definite do not miss: pig candy! Taste as good as if sounds!

A fabulous addition to Woods Hole. The food is excellent, especially the Salad Nicoise and crabcakes. You can’t go wrong with any of the menu items. Innovative drink menu with a good number of options. The waitstaff knowledgeable and accommodating even though we had two small children in the group. Ample parking on the street, but I expect that will change with the summer tourists. I can’t wait to go back!

We went the other day, sat at the bar and had excellent cocktails and mixed drinks. We enjoyed a cheese and meet plate that was delicious. The view from the second floor bar overlooks the Martha’s Vineyard ferry and the water. Great view and great staff

We stopped in for a quick lunch while waiting for our ferry. It was a beautiful sunny day and they were open on the second floor. We ordered a chowder and turkey BLT which was a great decision. We split the order and enjoyed a chowder packed with clams and just the right amount of potatoes and herbs. The turkey sandwich was toasted perfectly and had a nice complement of avocado and tomato . Our waitress was friendly and was sure to get out order in, lunch served and the bill at the end of our lunch processed so that we had no stress getting our ferry. A great experience

Outstanding, again! We visit Woods Hole as often as we can and also eat at Quicks Hole each time we visit(barring no unforeseen snow storms). Last night I had their Arctic char special and it was beyond delicious. My husband had the lamb and it was cooked perfectly. The service staff was attentive and we enjoyed eating at the kitchen bar watching the well-oiled machine of cooks. The place was filled with diners, as it has been in the past. Always a great meal at Quicks Hole and we’ll be back in a couple of months to do it all again!

Hard not to order the veggie burger every time I go… soooo good. My wife says that I should try something different… OK next time!

This is great place to eat, have a drink and meet with friends. Food and service is excellent and the staff does a great job! Never had a bad meal here. Wether catching the ferry or out on a night on town this is the place to go!

Terribly over priced. I ordered a Guinness and it was $ 8.25. Perplexed I asked for a beer list to see prices but they apparently don’t have that. They write where each beer comes from but not the price. So I asked one by one what each beer cost, many others were in the $ 7 range but somehow the beer with the least alcohol and calories was the most expensive? Grilled cheese was over $ 20(panini?). This restaurant exists solely to steal money from the tourists at the ferry terminal. It really made me miss the old Leeside. Very disappointing experience. I will not go here again. Wh

I like this restaurant very much but was surprised at an item change when I went for dessert to order their delicious Bag of Doughnuts, which I had highly recommended in the past. Who can’t resist a paper bag full of piping hot handmade doughnuts accompanied with sweet chocolate and vanilla dipping cremes? I couldn’t. But then they changed it. I brought friends in for dessert after dining at a different restaurant just for the doughnuts. When they arrived the sauce — just one — looked different. It was yellowish with small flecks of color in it. When I tasted it I was sure they had made a mistake and brought out the wrong thing. The taste was not sweet but savory with a hint of dill. The donut itself had none of the nutmeg/allspice sweetness it used to. I asked the server if he had made a mistake on the sauce. Nope, he said, it was the latest change. The bits in the sauce were bacon, apparently. I’m all for change and improvements but in my opinion they messed with the wrong item and I wouldn’t order it again.

I absolutely love this place. To bad I’m all the way in Boston if not I would be here every weekend. My friend and I decided to just take a ride to Cape Cod for the day over the summer, picked up a few snacks went to the beach and got hungry again after soaking in all that sun and swimming for hours. Well we didn’t about ANY place in the Cape Cod area but thanks to Unilocal we found this place and it was the PERFECT ending to our day trip. We got a burger and some scallop plate sorry I don’t remember the names :(but omg was it delicious. Their desserts are amazing. The atmosphere is very soothing and classy but comfortable. The view is so pretty especially when we were there we saw the sun go down. Please go! :)

I am giving this experience 2 stars for the private dining area only. We are woods hole locals and were thrilled when this had opened up. We were hosting some very important guests who only dined at the Glass Onion(DEF go there!) and we wanted to do a special evening for them. Well they were not equipped to handle us at all. My mother in law had to wait 20 minutes for an iced tea and after going downstairs to ask for it for a 4th time, I had the pleasure of seeing the manager in the stairwell. I very politely asked again and she very politely answered«sure!». Then she turned to take a photo of the very lovely sunset. I appreciated her photo which I am sure will be uploaded to their Twitter handle, but perhaps she should’ve been more attentive to the guests who were already there, ordering expensive wine and had to come up and down steps to help get the service going. The food was and is always lovely. The servers were very very kind. However, the hostess didn’t even know we had the upstairs table and she could definitely use some help on customer service training. It was hard to hear everyone due to poor acoustics… Bottom line — if you’re looking to enjoy a $ 1000+ dinner, go to the Glass Onion or hire a caterer.

It was quaint they have a great location. Somewhere quick to get yourr fix before getting on the ferry. The clam chowder was good… probably MA good… I needed a bit more flavor. The grilled cheese was pretty tasty. The wings were very good. Not spicy like the title though… my drink was decent. Again… somewhere to get your hunger fixed.

The experience at Quicks Hole Tavern is quite magical. Perhaps it was the sun peeking out from the clouds on this July 4th holiday. Perhaps it was the fact that the second floor dining area overlooked the harbor, giving us a beautiful view of the water. The service was attentive to our party of 9. While there wasn’t quite enough space for us to sit together, we had no issues sitting at two tables. My tomato basil bisque was thick and delicious. The Quahog chowder was not extremely creamy, the way I prefer it. I’m a sucker for a good grilled cheese, and the Applewood bacon did not disappoint. All the ingredients were extremely fresh(the mozzarella was so stringy!) and I could not have been happier with our lunch experience.

No idea I would find this little place where the old Lee Side was. Fabulous décor and private room up stairs for parties! Great old photos of the area wall papered stairs and rest rooms, great mix of white and natural wood. Then there is the food! What a surprise, amazing combinations cooked to perfection, the desserts were AMAZING! Great fast service and beautiful views! Can’t wait to go back!

Arrived for lunch on Mother’s Day without a reservation but we were lucky to find seating at the chef’s bar. The dining room was clean, bright and overlooks the water & the Steamship Authority ferry point. We started with their clam chowder and stuffed quahogs; both were good but nothing special. However, the M-BLT sandwich(Mahi, applewood bacon with tomato basil dressing on garlic toast) & their house salad(topped with crispy sweet onions, toasted edamame & bits of candied turnips) I ordered were absolutely fabulous! Our husband thoroughly enjoyed his 3-item Cheese & Charcuterie board. Service was fast and friendly. We planned to return before leaving the Cape.
