We bought the Invisible Fence system last summer after meeting with the salesman. There are several packages available and we chose one that best fit our needs. The salesman ASSURED my wife there was a 1 year, no questions asked money back guarantee if we were not satisfied with the system. Well, the system hurt our dog and made her timid – so we stopped using it. When I called Invisible Fence to exercise the guarantee – they refused to honor the agreement and said we were sold a package without the guarantee. Invisible Fence will not refund the money we spent on this system at all. I am extremely unsatisfied and wil file a complaint to get our money back. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND INVISIBLE FENCE AND THIS FRANCHISE EXPLICITLY.
