Left AT&T in November 2013 and walked across the parking lot into the Sprint store where I was treated like a person instead of a number. I was very happy how they were attentive with me as I was trying to pull myself away from AT&T after 10 years of service. About two plus hours later I joined the Sprint network and have been very happy with the service. I appreciate the staff going that extra mile assisting me with my wireless needs.

I bought an iPhone 6 last night at there store by Costco. I wanted to do the iphone leasing option per what a corporate store and online told me! Seth claimed they had their information wrong and there was no way I could do that on the family share pack plan. Which is false! Had he given me the correct information I would have waited to get the phone. I had to pay the taxes on the phone and pay more a month on the installment payment option. After spending hours on the phone dealing with them and Sprint Customer Care(who were very helpful and not the issue) the only options I am left with is keeping it how it is and pay for a month or return the phone back to the store I got it form, pay the restocking fee(WHICHTHEYREFUSETOWAVEFORME, even though they gave me FALSE information!), wait until my upgrade is put back on my account and go to a corporate store and get my phone which is a huge freaking mess. Bottom line is don’t get your sprint phones through them they don’t know what they are talking about OR they are LIARS just to get their sale. I AMEXTREMELYPISSED and very tempted to have another phone company by out my contracts!

DONOTDOYOURBUSINESSHERE don’t even try calling. no one will pick up The store comprises of three people — Brian, Byron and Rick Patel. All of which I have spoken to. Brian will hang up on your calls. Byron will allow customers to hold indefinitely and the regional manager, Rick, will lie to you just to get commission off your purchase. to justify my rating I will tell you what my experience is with them. My iphone was placed through them on launch date and the time frame that they gave me was 7 – 10 business days. It was already disappointing that their store had no inventory however that is not their fault. Right before entering their store I talked corporate sprint and the time they gave me was 3 +weeks. Hearing the news, I was ecstatic and placed my order with Rick immediately, having him guarantee me a phone within that time frame. Before I left he even very confidently told me that if it doesnt arrive on time, he may be able to give me a discount on the phone. 11 days pass, no shipping confirmation and no order confirmation… I call in where I speak to Byron who rudely hangs up on me and Brian who leaves me on hold for 30+ min. Rick is no where to be found and no one in store has ANY information on tracking nor can they cancel my order. If you want to pay FULLPRICE for a phone, be hung up on, have to deal with rude people then come here! I recommend it to those that are sadistic and enjoy being frustrated.
